I love Essence mascaras and got this one as a replacement because my go-to was out of stock. The application was fine, but after a few hours I had black streaks under my eyes. This is the only time this has happened with ~4 different Essence mascaras, so hopefully it's just a formulation issue with this one.

I live this mascara. It doesn't flake and stays on ask day. Many essence mascaras by the end of day seen to wear off. This mascara lasts.. gives really nice volume

the brush DOES give your lashes extra volume, but the mascara itself is awful ): it takes forever to dry, if your skin is lightly heated, it melts, and you can’t even touch your face without leaving a smear behind. i'm glad i didn't use it on a first date, because i got home after only 3h from the application looking like a panda!

i bought this awhile ago and I like it. Its a little clumpy but most mascaras do that so it might be my lashes. Its long lasting, very pigmented and makes my lashes seem longer then they are.
