Good diffuser but remote sucks
This diffuser works well and is easy to operate but the remote sucks. It was impossible to take the plastic battery buffer out and then once we finally got the casing open to the battery it was impossible to get it back on. Luckily you can manually operate the diffuser but we ended up tossing the remote.

I recently purchased this larger diffuser after purchasing the smaller one and loving it. Since purchasing the larger one I’ve noticed it only diffuses for 15 minutes or so then it stops. It still bubbles inside but as far as diffusing, nothing! .. I’ve tried turning it off then back on, cleaning the inside, warmer water, different oils. All the same outcome. I absolutely loved this one so much but unfortunately it’s coming to a point of being replaced

Poor Quality
Very disappointed the remote doesn't work (yes, I read the directions AND replaced the battery). After two uses, the power of the diffuser declined significantly and hardly any steam comes out. Without the remote, I can't adjust the blaring volume of the sounds so I can't use that feature either. Wish I had kept my receipt and box so I could return. Waste of $45 will be buying a different diffuser ASAP

Remote control is bad
There is no reason whatsoever to make removing the plastic battery protection film this difficult. It’s not even that difficult to remove a kids battery cover from toys and those things can be dangerous for kids! Good looking diffuser but a terrible remote control.

The remote doesn't work. I also have to turn it off twice for it to stay off. I hit the off button and it turns off then right back on, then the second takes a charm I guess. Lame.

LOVE the diffuser. The remote works well and is a nice feature. Was a little difficult to get the battery pull tab out but not impossible. Love that the dome is glass and has nice lighting.

Doesn't Hold Up
This worked great for the first few days and then the output, throw, whatever you want to call it, dropped dramatically. I followed all of the basic troubleshooting and cleaning as listed in the directions, but it still was terrible. The remote does work, though taking out the tab (which you can not pull) was a chore.

VERY LOUD
makes a noticable buzzing noise. i exchanged out a cheaper diffuser for this one due to that exact reason and this is even louder! otherwise works as intended

Great product
This diffuser works well. Great scent output for only 5 drops of essential oil. I got the 300ml, which comes with a remote & sound soother...tip for getting the pull tab out of the battery on the remote: read instructions BEFORE doing anything. Do not take the tab out before reading- it's not made to just be pulled as is. The remote works great & so does the light. Everything looks like the photos. There is a continuous diffuser mode, intermittent, & sleep mode with auto shut out. It's really a great item for $40! I am happy with it & will be keeping it. Two thumbs up!!
