These tissues used to be among the softest and best in quality, but they’ve become noticeably rougher. The decline is disappointing, especially considering how expensive they still are. They no longer offer good value for money.

Been using this tissue for over 10 years. Tissue is fine for the price. Please go back to the old box. This box is so weak and the opening is horrible. So hard to get tissues out of the box and when you do, the opening rips the tissue like crazy. And there are lint balls everywhere. Just terrible. Bring back the old box and I will change my review to five stars.

Says 2-ply but are very thin like 1 ply. They are not separated properly and so when you grab one, 2-3 come out all attached and the box comes with it. Big mess! You can see in the photo
