Fellow Atmos Vacuum Storage Canister

Bought a bunch of these, both manual and electric. They work quite well. You have to keep an eye on the manual ones to see if the vacuum needs a refresh. I find one seems to need a re-pump every two to three days which seems too often. Otherwise I think they are better than other competing products if you're willing to pay the price.

Does a great job keeping coffee fresh but it takes lot of turning to get the vacuum set

Started out great! But after about 2 months of use it wouldn’t keep its seal. Didn’t keep my beans fresh anymore. Too expensive to only work for a couple months

.. I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with the Atmos. When functional, they are great, and keep espresso beans stored in them fresh through a kilo quantity. It is disappointing that they do not all work well, and develop slow leaks that are someimes not caught before all the vacuum is gone. .. With some canisters I've taken to putting index markings on the container and lid that line up. On occasion I have had to adjust the orientation to have them work, on others, a new lid is required to restore function. Still, for my workflow, they are the best thing going (superb freshness maintained when working). .. I periodically look for better alternatives (Airscape, etc) but nothing better than Atmos to date. I've been using the Atmos for five years or so. Since I've added a single-dosing espresso grinder to my grind-on demand, I've recently bought a few more Atmos canisters. .. I've tried hard to keep the canisters clean, especially the ridge that runs around the inside the top of the canister, to insure that all debris is removed under this ridge (it attracts tiny pieces of coffee dust and debris) by putting a facial tissue on top of my fingernails and running it around under this lip. Seems to remove all the debris, but even then, problems arise and leaks develop. Frustrating, because aside from the unpredictable leaks, I'd rate these 5/5, instead I have to drop them to a 2/5 (the number or fully functional canisters I have out of 5).

Great glass containers! Pretty expensive but worth it for the vacuum feature.

These expensive canisters are not airtight as stated. They don’t stay sealed beyond a day. Completely useless.

The canister is attractive and hold a bag of beans however it only stays sealed for about an hour or 2 before I notice it unpressurized. So it’s a very expensive useless cup for coffee beans.

Does not hold 16oz of coffee

Bought it about 2 weeks ago and already doesn’t work. It loses the suction after 12 hours

So versatile that I can use it for other foods. It is a great idea with a great size!

I've had the atmos container for over a year and since fairly early on my containers do not hold their seal and have to be re-sealed

Seals well, but when trying to open the lid is too slippery, and the seal not completely released so it’s more work than it should be.

Amos Electric matte black. 1.2 Liter. I only have my two units for less than a week. I replaced my manual Atmos. Much easier on my hands. Time will tell about durability. Glad I purchased and ordered a third.

The canister continually comes on to try and create a vacuum seal. It should seal once until you need to open it. Bad design.

Absolutely beautiful. Seems to be well made but no matter how many times I turn it, it never seems to vacuum seal. The times it seems to have sealed it comes apart no much later.

We have had them for a month and 2/3 hold the seal. 1 larger one does not hold the seal and pops every day or so

perfect for storing snacks.

I now personally have 2 Atmos vacuum canisters and am so pleased that I gave each of my 4 adult coffee enjoying children one for the holidays.

Vacuum seal tends to break and requires manual reseal. The seal indicator shows it requires manual seal consistently/daily. As such, it’s a high priced glass storage canister for my beans.
