Would like to give it 4. 5 stars. The customizable brewing parameters are just about perfectly balanced with ease of use. I would like for the option to first pick the grams of coffee and the recipes figure out the water rather than determining volume of water and being asked to measure out the coffee.

Yum!

I bought this a month ago. It rocks. I had been roasting my own beans. Doing pour over and espresso. Then life changed and craziness entered along with Keurig. Heart Failure and getting back to simple pleasures entered and kicked Keurig out and ushered Aiden and good coffee back!!!

Home again

I lost my Fellow Coffee equipment in a house fire. I'm still rebuilding but with my new Fellow equipment it feels and smells like home again already. Im saving the espresso machine for when all is done, maybe.

Loving the Aiden!

Overall I am very happy with the Fellow Aiden Coffee Maker. The taste is consistent and even in batch brew feels like a specialty coffee drink. My only reason for not giving it a 5 star is due to the fact that the machine keeps losing wifi connection and I have to unplug and replug it in. The machine looks fantastic, however the plastic materials feel a bit cheap but overall I love this coffee maker!

Easy to use

So far, so good. Set up was simple. Cleaning; no problem. Dialing in a brew signature via app is a snap, especially when plugging in local bean profiles.
