Beyond overpriced. Does not brew coffee better than my previous Cuisinart coffee maker. Only useful aspect is you can schedule it to brew in the morning but other coffee makers do this.

I'm finding that the suggested amount of coffee makes the coffee tooo strong.

Tank started leaking water after a few months. Online support AI is awful and would insist gathering details like firmware version. I just want them to fix the leaky tank.

Makes an incredible cup of Joe!! Have been doing pour overs for decades and this system really nails it as a drip coffee maker. . . job well done, Fellows!!

This was a gift to my husband after our recent move to a senior living place and he has really enjoyed the ease of coffee making and the resulting delicious product. For me, the slick design is a perfect addition to our new kitchen and it resides next to my lovely Fellows tea kettle. . Thank you for caffeinating him and delighting me!

It worked well until it missed a scheduled brew. Thats a pretty basic function for a computer to get wrong.

I love the coffee maker and the coffee it makes. The only thing I can see is to improve is the "how to get started/make your first coffee tutorial". The guided process is awesome but I didn't see that anywhere. Doing it the first time answered all my questions and was really easy.

I replaced my Moccamaster with the Fellow Aiden, and my opinion is mixed. The good: the Aiden makes excellent coffee. If your goal is to dial in flavor and experiment with brew parameters, this machine is outstanding. The level of control is impressive, and once configured properly it produces some of the best coffee I've had from an automatic brewer. For single-cup brewing and recipe customization, it's a fantastic product. I even quickly bought the Opus 2 grinder because I was so impressed with the quality of my morning cup. Unfortunately, batch brewing has been a complete failure for me. I've tried the recommended filters, alternative filters, coarser grind settings, different doses, and multiple brewing configurations. No matter what I do, coffee grounds ride up the sides of the filter and end up in the finished coffee. The basket appears to require a taller filter than the options currently recommended. After extensive testing, I still cannot use batch mode reliably. This is especially frustrating because batch brewing is one of the machine's core features. I didn't buy a premium coffee maker expecting to spend weeks troubleshooting basic functionality. The carafe is also disappointing. Coming from a Moccamaster thermal carafe, I expected much better heat retention. Coffee cools down faster than I would like, making batch brewing even less appealing. I even heat the carafe with hot water in advance in order to keep my coffee from getting a chill. This isn't a deal breaker though, I can live with the sub-par carafe if I could make a batch and transfer it into a third-party thermal carafe when needed. But I can't make a batch. The result is a coffee maker that performs brilliantly in some areas but dramatically falls short in others. If you primarily brew single cups and enjoy tweaking recipes, the Aiden is excellent. If batch brewing is important to you, I'd be cautious until Fellow addresses the basket and filter design issues. If I can't find a filter that works soon, I won't be keeping the Aiden, as good as it is for single cup (1-3) brews.

This Aiden is not dispensing water correctly, at least for the single brew. I haven't tried batch brew yet. I have another one at my other house it's great, but I'm disappointed in the water delivery on this new one.

After only 6 months this 400 hundred dollar expensive "plastic" coffee maker is falling apart. The customer service department is mostly unresponsive. I only wished I had read all the negative reviews on line before making this purchase. Stay away!

Makes great coffee

So far so good. Easy to use and customizable.

Would like to give it 4. 5 stars. The customizable brewing parameters are just about perfectly balanced with ease of use. I would like for the option to first pick the grams of coffee and the recipes figure out the water rather than determining volume of water and being asked to measure out the coffee.

Looks great on counter. Make a savory succulent batch of coffee. As easy or very creative task.

I love my Aiden and just got a second one! The only thing lacking is a scale to weigh the coffee that is somehow built in. :). Otherwise fantastic
