Leveled Up My Cup
The Aiden makes great coffee, and the brewing process can be as simple or as detailed as you like. The Aiden is as advertised, a great cup of coffee. I highly recommend this machine if you are picky about flavor. My history is as a medium and dark roast drinker, espresso and French press methods.

Good features, missing some things for the price.
Good coffee maker. It brews quickly, about 10 cups at a time, with mostly useful controls that are augmented by an App you can use. It’s made of good quality materials and has temperature control for precise brewing. That said, there is no keep warm heating pad so coffee will be suboptimal temperature within 30 minutes to an hour. The UI/UX screen gets cut off by the circular display as it was meant for a square. The app is mediocre; somewhat annoying to use and doesn’t have a brew now feature exactly.

Aiden Coffee Maker
Finding the coffee bean that you enjoy is a major key for me for great tasting coffee. Everyone has an opinion of what tastes great. When you find the right bean, the coffee tastes amazing to your taste. My opinion. The one con….. The machine does not get the coffee hot enough for my taste. The machine works as advertised. Easy to make different size cups of coffee. I like the coffee machine.

No sacrifice for busy mornings
As a nerdy coffee enthusiast, the endless customization options offered by the Aiden are just what I was looking for to upgrade my morning coffee routine. I may not have the time to craft a pour-over by hand on weekday mornings, but the Aiden lets me enjoy the same experience with half the work.

The best machine money can buy
Earlier in the year my son bought an Aiden and I loved its design/look. He then convinced me to pre-order the espresso machine S1 which I did. In the meantime we tried various Aiden coffee profile and started to think how superior this machine is compared to my old Cuisinart. I began to taste some coffee notes, a difference between the beans that is beyond the binary good or bad I was used to. My wife misses the hot plate as she likes hot coffee, for a long time, while I discovered that coffee at different temperature do taste fuller and better. After a few months with the Aiden, I have a problem: I like specialty coffee and no thanks to burnt coffee. My solution to keep my coffee warm for longer = buy a carter mug with the slider lid! I really like the idea of the Aiden profiles (recipes) and I did try a few bags from the Fellow Drops. It is superior to anything I've experienced before - I am not at a state yet where I taste all the notes so the drops (and the people behind it) is a fantastic help. I also started to look at the Chat GPT brew links - genius! My current problem with the "recipes" is the grinder part. I did buy the Fellow OPUS so that I get a direct guidance, but the recipe gives you a range. That is helpful for sure, but it still leaves a me a bit confused: should I use the low end or coarser setting. I'd like to understand more about it (I did buy a book to go down that rabbit hole:-). Alos, after reading the FAQ I did buy the mentioned metal basket to replace the paper filters. That was a great advice = great support!! I use the metal basket to grind into it and shake it flat (alike espresso WDT), something I can't do with the paper filter. in conclusion, my life was simple before the Aiden, now I want to try every different settings, grind size and beans type :-) One final comment, I was a bit concerned about the build. Not anymore, I like metals and I do wonder how much more money that would have been (??), but Fellow did a great job with it and now with all the other colors, pretty cool.

Best Complete Coffee Machine out there
Such a great Coffee Machine. I really like how i can dial in the brew setting for both batch and pour over brews( i.e. bloom time, number of pulse setting, amount of water, save settings for different types of beans, etc.) Awesome quality of Flavors consistently from each brew. Great blend of tech and keeping a manual control button/wheel option.

Pour-Over Quality in a Drip Machine
I have had the Aiden coffee maker for several months now, and overall, it is been a great drip coffee maker. The Aiden does a great job of delivering a smooth coffee, whether you want a single-serving or a larger batch. It supports different brew modes (instant vs guided), size settings, and roast levels (light, medium, dark). The cold brew function is the shining star for this machine. I love it! However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. Although the carafe is double-walled, the heat retention is not great. The coffee cools faster than expected because there is no hot plate. I generally only brew enough coffee to take with me on my way to work, but if you like to slowly drink your coffee in the morning, you will be heating up your coffee again. It's a premium model, so the cost is definitely higher than basic drip machines. If you're not interested in tinkering with brew profiles, temps, or pulses, the advanced features might feel a bit like overkill. My overall verdict: The Aiden stands out in the crowded drip coffee market thanks to its blend of advanced features, solid build quality, and strong final brew quality. For coffee enthusiasts willing to invest both money and a little time to explore its features, it delivers. However, its premium price and some quirks mean it might be more than what a casual or budget-focused user needs. In short: if you're serious about your drip coffee and want a machine that bridges "pour-over quality" with automatic convenience, go for it! If you want a simple drip machine with minimal fuss, there may be simpler, more affordable options.

Amazing machine
I heard about this coffee machine a while back. I constantly did research and yet I only saw the best things about it. Finally, I broke down and decided to buy it. I cannot say that was the best decision I have made. The Aiden Precision is, by far, my favorite coffee maker I have ever used. Fellow has made an excellent machine!

Great machine
Replaced a regular drip makes with this. Now I can get nicely brewed coffee on work days, when I do not have the time to do a manual pour over. The schedule function is nice, though connecting through the app can be occasionally sluggish. The single cup feature does have a downside. None of my commuter cups fit under the filter, so when I transfer to my cup, there are invariably drips to clean up. A minor hassle.

Makes Great Coffee
I've had the Aiden for several months. It makes great, consistent coffee. The cup quantity flexibility is great, being able to make anything from a single cup in a cone filter clear through to 10 cups. You can get extremely granular while dialing in your different brews. Enjoy good coffee!

Best Drip Brewer I’ve Ever Owned
The Fellow Aiden is a total upgrade from my old drip machine. It nails the perfect brew temp, the bloom cycle brings out way more flavor, and I love scheduling my coffee from bed with the app. The thermal carafe keeps it hot for hours without scorching the coffee. I can’t recommend it enough! 10/10 Buy it!!

Beautiful machine, lovely coffee, with a couple of first-time design oddities.
I picked up the bundle with Ode, and the set looks great on the countertop, consistently earning compliments from visitors. The coffee is great, and I’ve enjoyed pairing it with Fellow drops from time to time. Only once did I make the mistake of setting up the small batch basket without a receptacle underneath, since this one can’t have the same sensor as the bath basket, but that’s on me. I also wish I could purchase an additional basket separately - the magnet on the batch basket is accumulating coffee grounds (or rust, can’t tell which) and I’m afraid of it failing at some point and not having another on-hand. My last bit of feedback is that the app does log me out quite frequently. I’ve gotten accustomed enough to the Aiden interface that I have found myself reaching for it more often to double check my schedule or how much coffee I need to bring. Overall, it’s been an incredible upgrade to be able to schedule coffee to be made, and to brew with such precision around ratio, water temp, etc. It’s absolutely been a good value and a morning-altering product.

Worth the upgrade
I can’t overstate how great this thing is. I was hesitant to buy it because I wondered how much better drip coffee could be, but this is worth every penny. No idea how they make the coffee taste so good, but even lower quality coffee tastes great. I also love the single cup option. Such a fantastic purchase.

Best Automatic Pourover Machine Hands Down!
I have been eyeing the Aiden for a while, and finally pulled the trigger. And man! Am I glad I did! This thing is awesome! I usually drink coffee made by pourover, and the auto pourover feature does not disappoint! The ability to customize all the details in the app is excellent, and the ability to share my custom profiles with others is an added bonus! Plus, as a subscriber to Fellow Drops, having the dropped coffees pushed into my list is such an incredible idea. I love this machine, and have absolutely no regrets!

Great coffee maker with flexible brewing options
I've had the Aiden for a week and am still getting to know it, but it's a great coffee maker. It makes a fantastic cup of coffee either regular or cold brew. I also appreciate little details on how the lip of the carafe is perfectly designed and doesn't drip/leak after pouring. I've noticed several reviews that talk about how the carafe doesn't keep coffee hot long enough. That critique is overblown. If you only brew 3-4 cups (15-20 oz) at a time, the air space within the 10-cup carafe will naturally cool the coffee faster than if you brewed a full carafe. If you brew 3-4 cups, brew straight into your to-go mug if you want to avoid this issue. Otherwise, expect the coffee to be warm but not piping hot after 1-1.5 hours unless you brew a full carafe.

Scheduled brew malfunction
An amazing coffee maker except that recently it won’t complete its scheduled brew so I’m troubleshooting through that (I’ve only had it out of the box’s for three months:/). Otherwise it makes perfect coffee!!!
