    It's Great!

    Great product!

    I absolutely love it. Easy soft finger touch operation very similar to finger touch computer screens is awesome. Great coffee. The fit and finish quality, materials used in construction of the coffee maker is superb too. Until i found Chefman I replaced 5 Kuerig coffee makers that fail in comparison, poor quality.

    Unsure

    Love the brewer when it works. It tears the paper on the top of the pods on about 20 to 25 percent of the time I use it. I am frustrated with this. It makes a big mess and I have to clean coffee grounds from the machine each time. I’ve used 4 different brands of coffee pods. Same result. Please help me!!!
