A: To preserve the blade coating and pivot integrity, hand‐washing is safer. If you do use a dishwasher, opt for the top rack, avoid high heat/steam, and dry thoroughly afterwards. Heat can affect the integrity of the Softgrip handles.

Reasonably priced at the time I bought. Has a good grip and the color is neutral and goes with my house when my family leaves it out after use; lol.

We’re sorry to hear that they aren’t meeting your expectations in terms of sharpness. To sharpen, you can fold a piece of aluminum foil several times to create a thick strip. Cut through the foil multiple times with your scissors. This can help hone the blades.

Misaligned blades are hard to move
The blades scrape against one another quite hard, making the scissors difficult to use (and it would get painful for the hand quickly). This also makes it impossible to make precise cuts because when you close the scissors, the blades go together in a jerky fashion due to the resistance. I expected much better from a brand known for this product. This must be returned.
