Directions read the Quick Start Guide for how to: prime the bottle shake gently before each use do not use more than directed use the spray clean the spray nozzle use the spray use this product only once a day ADULTS AND CHILDREN 12 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER Week 1- use 2 sprays in each nostril once daily Week 2 through 6 months – use 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril once daily, as needed to treat your symptoms After 6 months of daily use - ask your doctor if you can keep using CHILDREN 4 TO 11 YEARS OF AGE the growth rate of some children may be slower while using this product. Children should use for the shortest amount of time necessary to achieve symptom relief. Talk to your child's doctor if your child needs to use the spray for longer than two months a year. an adult should supervise use use 1 spray in each nostril once daily CHILDREN UNDER 4 YEARS OF AGE do not useOther information

Works but smells/tastes gross
I find this works just as well as Flonase but to me it smells and tastes a lot grosser. I’m particularly sensitive to that stuff and it doesn’t seem to bother others so to each their own. I think I will just spend the money on the Flonase sensimist from now on, for my own personal preference.

Didn't work well for me
I have one side of my nose that I can't breathe out of without intervention and this didn't work well for me. I only had the slightest bit of relief, enough to bring down the inflammation to sort of blow my nose a little. I also had to use more to get the minimal effects. The name brand does work, it may just be a carrier in it that causes it to work differently, so I wouldn't rule it out if you don't have as severe of inflammation.

Waste medication
Bought this twice and it stops spraying long before the medication runs out. I end up wasting 1/3 of the medication both times. I will stick with the name brand, at least I don’t end up throwing most of it away.
