The emerald green Franklin Textured Ball Set was designed to facilitate Franklin Method exercises. At 3.5” in diameter, these balls are the ideal size and density for relaxation exercises of the neck, jaw, elbow, hip and more. Franklin Balls come partially inflated and a needle inflating pump is required to adjust firmness (sold separately). Latex- and phthalate-free. People with known sensitivities may want to consider using the (orange) Franklin Smooth Ball Set when performing the Franklin Method exercises.
