Love it!
This book is a graphic novel that details Fred Korematsu’s journey from the onset of WWII, the internment of and discrimination against Japanese people living in the United States as well as his legal battles to get his conviction overturned and the apology for internment given much later on in his life. There are some uses of racial epithets and mentions of discrimination that may be hurtful for some to read. This book is a great read for kids 8+.
