This set saved my nipples in the first 2 weeks of breastfeeding. I don't think I would've continued this journey without this product. It provided such instant relief.

I like that it works almost instantly with relief. Easy to understand directions and easy to apply. Does it’s purpose I’ve been going strong for two years now and omg these last couple of days to a week it had been hurting so much because he thinks my nips are bottle nipples or something. Agony

All I can say is WOW! I have a nine week old baby and we were struggling with latching issues. When she finally latched on I was so excited. And then so sore. Seriously cracked nipples, pink milk, flinching in pain sore. I was so worried that my breastfeeding journey was going to come to an end because the pain was so intense. Then I found this product. You saved my nips and helped me continue on my breastfeeding journey. I thank you, my daughter thanks you, and my nips especially thank you!

Balm is great to apply before pumping, and spray is great for before and after pumping

This set was perfect soothes prevents the pain for the cracked nipples . I have purchased these a few times now to give as gifts to Expecting friends . I wish I knew about this set when I was expecting it would have saved so much pain . The nipple balm is great it’s not greasy and is goes on smoothly so soothing! It’s also Great for my chapped and dry lips .

I like the spray but not a fan of the balm

Love the balm. Easy to apply and the consistency is great. The saltwater spray was great at first, especially when I had cracked nipples. But now it’s got a weird smell. Also, I’ve used up the balm in a couple of tubes and I wish they sold it separately so I didn’t have to buy more spray every time I want more balm.

This was my favorite nipple balm hands down. I used almost the whole tube in the first 2 weeks - I'd put a good layer on after every time I'd nurse. I found the saline spray to be meh, but the nipple balm was amazing. It felt better going on with the no-mess tube and seemed to hydrate my very sore, cracked, sometimes bleeding/scabbed nipples way more than the other products I tried (Earth Mama, Nanobebe nipple butter, lanolin, and some other sample the hospital gave me). I'd repurchase the no-mess nipple balm again and again but I wish it was sold without the saline spray since I didn't find the spray very effective.

This gel has saved me postpartum!! My cracks were horrible and this set did wonders, the gel also is great to use when pumping to help provide comfort.

I tried almost every product on the market and nothing seemed to help. I finally purchased this and it worked wonders overnight!

I normally don’t write reviews but let me tell you this, frida mom breastfeeding sore nipple set has absolutely saved me I use it before and after. Best thing ever definitely worth the price for it will buy again once I run out lol

this was just ok. I didn't end up using it much. I preferred the older lanolin to this updated formula as this did not glide on as well and I did not see any additional Bennefits

This was an absolute lifesaver in the first few weeks of breastfeeding. It quickly healed cracks & prevented any more of occurring. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I loved the cream has the built in applicator so there is no mess.

This has been me saving grace since I’ve started breastfeeding. I’ve tried order salves, butters, and creams, but this works the best hands down.

I really like the pink tube of salve and I liked the saltwater spray as well at first but after having it for a month or so I notice the saltwater spray went from having a slight aroma to a smelly smell- kind of like moldy ocean… so now I’m less into using them as a duo but will continue using the pink tube and wish I could buy that individually

I have been breastfeeding my newborn for a week and suffering from cracked and bleeding nipples. The pain is intense and had me in tears. I wasn’t sure how much some saline spray would help but I was desperate and saw the good reviews. Let me tell you — IT WORKS! Within the first application I felt some relief. After using it three times my pain levels have gone from a 9 to a 3. I have also been using the balm and it’s actually great but the only thing I dislike about it is my baby seems to not like the taste or texture too much and it’s made it slightly harder to get him to latch. I will probably use a different balm/nipple ointment that he doesn’t seem to mind as much. I highly recommend this set and especially the spray.

The saline spray stung (unsurprising), but the balm was much easier to apply and infinitely more soothing than lanolin. It also doesn't make your nipples stick to your clothes like lanolin/colostrum do. I’ve been struggling for over a week to heal a cracked nipple and within one day of using this it was already showing improvement and didn’t hurt as much! Would definitely recommend! I love Frida products so much!
