This humidifier has a decent capacity. It has a digital display on the front that shows the relative humidity temperature and fan speed. The humidifier can be put on automatic or on a timer.There are three different levels of output that can be selected. The humidity levels can range from 90% all the way down to 45% and the display will show the current humidity level in the room. There is also a display of the current temperature in the room, but it only displays in Celsius and there is no way to change it to Fahrenheit.The humidifier is so quiet you can hardly tell that it's running. It does a good job and is especially helpful in the winter. There's also a blinking light icon that comes on when it is running low on water.This humidifier is great for a bedroom or other small to medium size room.

This is a bigger unit; I had recently bought a small unit specifically to use essential oils and found the mist from a small unit just falls to the floor. I don't have that issue with this unit, its big enough and has enough force that the cool mist dissipates into the air. I have been using essential oils in mine and have had no issues. I love that the controls are digital. You can set how much mist the unit puts out along with a timer so you don't have to worry about forgetting that its on.

This was easy to set up and get going, just fill with water to max line and turn on. The top tank comes apart from the base, which is nice for filling. No need to carry the whole thing, power cord and all, to sink. The touch controls work well and the screen is easy to read.It puts out a good amount of mist and is very quiet.The instruction manual seems to be a mix of different models. For example, it tells you to turn the knob on front, then the next page says the exact same instructions, but to use the touch buttons on front. The main picture on front also shows the knob version. So you have to kind of read through it, ignoring the instuctions of whatever other model they're talking about. It's no big deal, but was just confusing at first.The only real downside is, I can't find a way to change it from C to F temp. So it just shows C all the time, which being in the U.S. I'm not used to.But other than that, this has been working perfectly. I got 2 of them for different rooms and am very happy with them.

I've had this for a little over a month now. And as I came to review it, I was looking at other reviews that prompted me to go check the machine, as I had not used it in a couple of weeks. At first, it gave this whimper sound and nothing happened. I turned it off, then back on, the same thing. I waited and filled the water capacitor all the way and it started to work, but the mist puffed. I'll keep my eye on this and update if needed.It comes with a remote control which is convenient. The mister is very quiet and reaches a great length. It is tall and slim and a great price.

Not as large as large as thought...but works well

Also very happy with how much water it holds and how long it goes for. We have all been sick with different bugs for 2 months and I think it was this that finally got us over the hacking lagging cough that didn't want to leave. Very happy and will be getting more so we can have it in each bedroom! This would also make a very thoughtful gift to families or anyone who has allergies, coughs, or seasonal discomforts.

I got two of these, one for the main bedroom and the other for my office.I put one right next to my desk on a plant stand. The mist does NOT soak the books or papers even though I can see it floating right over them.It's very quiet which is important to me because I write and use the phone for meetings, I can't deal with having a buzzing or humming.I find that it feels like it's working better in my office than the bedroom. Maybe because the office isn't adjoining a bathroom so its smaller?In any case neither room is that large so I'd hope it was the same but it just isn't. Not a bif difference but enough that I noticed.The one in the bedroom lasted all night and then some. Which is great because another one I recently stopped using, didn't go through the night, in fact the settings would change .. but thats not this one.I would recommend this ... BUT I did not use it for essential oils. Only water.

I think the most important thing when looking at humidifiers is to realize that some utilize this version of misting the water which is best done with Distilled water.... Other versions use a filter and the water flows through the filter and air flows through that water and filter, which can be very troublesome and have issues with bacteria, or the chemicals used to keep bacteria away. This unit has none of those issues and both looks excellent and is excellent.Technically, you can use it without distilled water, but you will end up with a calcium film most likely that will cover a lot of things in your house as well as on the unit itself. You will have to use vinegar while the unit is off to decalcify the mist portion, which is what I'm going to do because I won't want to put as much distilled water into my unit as would be required, gallons per day in my very dry climate. So I will just simply, decalcify it frequently and see how that goes. I really like it over the other units that can get very disgusting and cause health problems. So I highly recommend this unit and getting creative with any hard water you might have.

Solid, large-capacity humidifier. I have been using this humidifier in my bedroom. I appreciate its large tank and that I don't need to constantly add water. It is very efficient and the mist output is steady. Since I added this humidifier to my bedroom, the added humidity has been beneficial for my health. My skin doesn't feel as dry, my sinuses feel clearer, and it really seems to have help my allergies symptoms and my throat doesn't feel as dry as it used to. The top-fill design makes filling this humidifier very easy, it is also easy to disassemble and clean, and very quiet. Overall, I am very pleased with this humidifier's performance and design and would definitely recommend it.

I like this humidifier except for the window for the water level is way to narrow. I can't see the level unless I lift off the top to see it but I do love being able to put the water in the top and not have to lift off the whole top.

I am very pleased at how ell this moistened the room. I have been dealing with dry eyes and this took care of it for me. Excellent item!

One of the best humidifiers out there. Two things I really love about this unit is that the tank is large and I don't have to refill it every night and I don't have to remove a tank to fill it. I can bring in a container of water and fill it where it stands in my room. I also like the ease and feature of being able add essential oils in the top. The humidifier runs super quiet and has different levels that you can adjust for the proper amount of humidity it produces.

This was pretty easy to use. It holds a large amount of water. It puts out a good deal of mist. The small controller is tiny and thin, it looks like it would break quite easily so you're gonna want to be really careful with that if you want to use it. Overall I am happy with it so far and it has been nice to try out.

This isn't the most heavy duty of humidifiers but it's a nice shape for easy cleaning and does the trick. Decently quiet and discrete looking in the corner of the room. The built in sensor for humidity levels in the air is not particularly accurate so I prefer to just run it as an always on versus auto sensing mode.
