  • A: Hi there, Thanks so much for your question. For the best fit, we recommend a 5 inch thick mattress, however, you can go up to an 6 inch thick mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good value overall but had to buy premium slats since other ones were too cheap. Not a fan of the trundle view from side, would be nice to have a side panel on bed.

LOVE! My 2.5 year old is so excited for her new bed to share with her baby sister. The top bunk will be unused for a few more years but we'll be using it for family when they stay the night. Trundle pulls out smoothly!

Junk Junk Junk

These Beds Are Junk. The First Time My Grandson Went Up The Ladder The 2nd Step Broke. A Week Later The Top Safety Rail Broke Away From The Frame. Within 3 Months They Were Actually Dangerous To The Kids. My Boys Weigh 35lbs, 45lbs, & 105lbs. The Top Bunk Was Sagging In The Middle From My Grandsons105 lbs On The Top Where He Slept. Max And Lily Had The Worst Customer Service Ever. I Finally Just Threw Them In The Garbage Instead Of Begging Any Further For Help From The Company Who Offered To Send Me A New Board For The Safety Rail And Step. They Never Did Address The Topic Of The Beds Falling Apart In Such A Short Time. When I Did They Just Gave Me Excuses. No Supervisor Available Even Once During My Numerous Phone Calls. The Great Reviews Online Are False And Written By Max And Lily Themselves. Over 1000 Dollars Just Basically Thrown Away. Dont Waste Your Money. Cheap Metal Bunk Beds Are 10x The Quality Of This High Priced Junk.
