First Time Fitness Watch Wearer

I purchased this watch as I started my postpartum fitness journey and it has been so helpful tracking my workouts, steps, sleep (or lack there of) and so many other features! I never wore a watch before so I didn’t want anything too chunky on my wrists and this sleek classy design is the perfect fit. 100000/10 recommend!

The charging port broke after the first use. I ending up returning this watch and getting the vivo 6 and have been much happier with its over functionality.

Not totally perfect for me, but still lots to like

I have small wrists and most watches available today are far too big for me. The Lily 2 Active is still bigger than I’d like, but I wanted some of the features that aren’t available on the Lily or Lily 2. I really like that it has an all metal bezel/casing and not that plastic or resin that usually is on a sports watch. I like the quick release band feature so I can easily change the look of the watch. I like that it is round and not the square look that is so prevalent now. I wish the lunar gold was more of a true gold color; in some lighting it actually looks more like a weird silver. I also wish it was a hybrid as I’d prefer physical hands on the watch face. I am loving the long battery life. With some features turned off (text notifications and pulse ox) I am getting longer than the anticipated nine day average. Step counting and sleep tracking seem similar to a wearable I’ve used for the past several years from a different brand. It’s a little finicky about starting an activity, which is annoying when you’re ready to go but delayed by the watch. I’m hoping this is user error and that as I get more accustomed to the watch it will go more smoothly. Overall, my impressions are good. The price was more than I wanted to spend, so I’m really hoping that it stands up to daily wear and usage for a number of years.

My family is a Garmin family and I had a Fitbit. With Fitbits being phased out with Google I decided to move to Garmin. I LOVE my Garmin! It is so much better than my Fitbit and I love the style of the Lily. It is cute and feminine!

Not worth the money

I got this watch on sale and it's a decent watch but it has some flaws that make it hard to really like. It's good for running and working out which I guess is what it's made for. The screen has sensitivity issues where it just won't register touches and the face button just won't work sometimes. For how much they charge, it really shouldn't be having issues like this. Overall a decent watch but not worth what I paid.

Bought only for the size. Features are meh for the price difference vs the Amazfit GTS 4 mini. White graphics (no color), app is ok. Oxygen and sleep stats are vastly different than my other smart watch.

Lily 2

I have a previous iteration of Lily. Smaller watch and face. I have had it for over 3 years and the battery isn't holding as long. The Lily 2 is in training. Meaning I have so much motive to figure out on it. I like to know my miles when walking. The steps I see however the miles doesn't pop up like my previous Lily. I know it's in there but need to read up and find it. Utilizing all that is available is an adventure. I love these watches and appreciate GPS.

I really wanted to like the Garmin because it does have features that Apple does not. With that said I was disappointed in the lily active too because I could not track my heart rate while working out and it was missing some other key features.

I got my watch 2 weeks ago. I used to have an apple. My battery lasts over a week it’s amazing. The tracking is very accurate. It has helped me track my sleeping and exercise more accurately. It’s also very light and doesn’t make my skin itch.

I’m so happy with my Lily 2 Active. I switched from Apple Watch because I wanted something more fitness-focused instead of a smart watch. It has so many great health and fitness features and I love how long the battery lasts. Highly recommend!

Perfect Watch for Fitness Enthusiasts

5 out of 5 stars
Scott&Glenda - 3 months ago

The wife and I each recently bought these. We have both had other Garmin watches prior. We are into personal fitness, but not at any competitive level. Just need the common basic trackers and health data. The Lily 2 Active has everything we need to keep us informed of our basic health levels. Heart, sleep, steps, calories, intensity minutes ….. and much more. We find the data access screens very helpful and especially intuitive. Easy to find and even organize/personalize the information *we* use and need. Very well organized and functional. Since Lily kind of implies a softer female persona , I call mine the “Willy”. Suggests a more masculine aura. :-) These for us are the most useful Garmin watches of any that we have owned and used before. Note - A very different watch than the other Lilly’s…... Very. Even uses the standard Garmin charging plug.

This watch has some great features! The only thing that would make this a perfect watch would be for the face to remain illuminated all the time. In my job, I need to be able to just glance down and see the time and this watch doesn’t allow this.

I bought this Garmin Lily 2 in April 2025 after my Fitbit Sense 2 stopped running. I didn’t want to stay with Fitbit since it’s owned by Google. Reviews recommended Garmin smartwatches but I don’t need a fancy watch as I’m a moderate exerciser. I did want to track walking, heart rate and other basic fitness levels. So far I’m very happy with this smartwatch! It’s accurate and tracks what I need it to.

Comfy Sleep Tracker

Live to Dive - 3 months ago

This gem packs a punch. My MK3i is too bulky to sleep with; Lily A to the rescue, syncing with Connect which means that I get a more complete wellness picture, including a daily dive readiness score. I like that it has GPS and workouts for when I don’t want to lug around two watches. Only fracture I miss is stair tracking, but I just use my other watch and I wouldn’t want the watch to sacrifice size to add a barometer. Very happy overall.
