I am very disappointed. I ordered one through Amazon because I have a few of the AC4825W models and they are wonderful. I also have a dozen of the GG1000w they are plugged in to every room in my home. I am having some construction work in the house and wanted this one because it would be even more powerful. I removed it from the box and plugged it in. It did nothing. It didn’t turn on. I couldn’t get it to do anything. I am returning it to Amazon for a refund. I can’t understand why this would happen, when all of the products I have bought from you have been so good.

Bought two for my 1200 sq ft home. They seem to do the trick. The mildew smell is gone. I’m not sure how well the auto mode works. It detects when my wife uses hairspray but not a blown out match right next to the sensor. I feel the product does clean the air well though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these off Amazon and they worked wonderfully for about 3 weeks. I noticed a difference in the dust around our house. After about 3 weeks, one stopped working and then about 4 weeks later the other stopped working. Disappointing as I had to go through so many hoops to get them returned to Amazon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a GermGuardian Air Purifier AC151 with HEPA Filter, UV-C, Removes Smoke, Odors, Mold, 1095 Sq. ft. which I have loved and this one the GermGuardian AC3000 AirSafe+ Intelligent Air Purifier with 360° HEPA 13 Filter with Air Quality Sensor and UV-C Light: white. I live in a very rural area with lots of dust and dirt and pollen coming right through the windows at all times especially when the farmers are out there doing their thing. I have horrible allergies to many things in the air and need good air purifiers to keep me feeling ok. I have had the GermGuardian Air Purifier AC151 for a year and the GermGuardian AC3000 for 6 months. It was just now time to change out the filters in both. There was absolutely no dust or dirt in the one I am reviewing but as always a massive amount in the GermGuardian Air Purifier AC151. I have to change the carbon filter in the GermGuardian Air Purifier AC151 4x throughout the 6 months because they get so full of dirt, dust, pet dander/hair etc yet the GermGuardian AC3000 didnt suck in anything. When I say nothing there was nothing on the carbon filter at all after a full 6 months of use so either mine is faulty or these just do not work as they should, either way I am highly disappointed in this product..
Simply the best!
