Tasted gross.

Love this flour
I love this flour. It's perfect for things that don't require anything too precise. For example, dusting a surface to roll out dough, or using as a thickener, or a crisp topping, etc. Helps me stretch my expensive flours further. I prefer Bobs 1:1 for anything baking related, but you could most likely use this one too, with a slightly different texture outcome.

Used to be great HORRIBLE NOW
I used to love this stuff but I think they changed the recipe or something because it's HORRIBLE. It's gritty and incredibly bitter and doesn't bake right at all. I had to throw away 2 birthday cakes and get bobs red mill instead

Tastes disgusting. I decided to try this flour for my gluten free bread I make and it was a mistake. Walmarts store brand is MUCH better.

NOT GLUTEN FREE
This is quite literally not gluten free, and it really bums me out. It says “processed in a facility that also processes wheat”…… wow

Skip this one
Used this in pancakes and it made my normal recipe very dry and crumbly which I've never had happen before. Much heavier and drier than other 1:1 GF blends I've used. Would not recommend.

Bad smell and taste for baking
When I used for cookie dough after refrigerating it smelled like old cheese, and the after taste is not good.
