    Roller bar stopped working within 6 months of purchase (no it’s not clogged with hair or dirt). I’ve taken it out and cleaned it very thoroughly just in case. Target won’t reimburse me! Don’t buy from Target if you want to try this vacuum, at least get directly from manufacturer, so you can get a return.

    Replaced my Dyson V8 after a few years, with this heap of trash. This stick vac is completely worthless and does a subpar job on hard floors. Does not due well next to baseboards, will not work in any kind of rug, and carpet is a solid no-go. I wish I would have returned this after the first use.

    It's true it works on hard floors. It will shut down if you use it on rugs. But I realize you have to put the small attachment for the rugs and does a pretty good suction on it. But of course the rug attachment is small so it takes longer to clean a big surface. Also the motor/head is too heavy for the body. My arm does actually get sore from using this. It works but is very inconvenient.

    Great for hardwood, doesnt work on rugs

    I really love this vacuum and how lightweight it is. It’s also a really pretty color. The suction is STRONG, and works great on carpets and hardwood floors, but it immediately turns off if you try to vacuum a rug. It sucks it up and gets stuck. No matter what setting I try, it won’t vacuum rugs, which is the main reason I bought it. I previously had a shark cordless vacuum and the suction wasn’t as strong and I was able to vacuum my washable rugs with no problem. I will most likely be returning this because I can’t use it everywhere in my house. The battery does last for a really long time though, I can vacuum two levels of my house with it.

    ***Absolute rubbish for rugs/carpets of ANY type. The multi-surface label is a LIE!*** If you have nothing but hard floors, furniture to get pet/kid muck out of, and baseboards to clean, this will be a fantastic vacuum for you. It’s got great power, hangs nicely on the wall on a charging dock, is lightweight, and gets my full first story floor done in a single charge. I like it better than both the Dyson and the Shark models I’ve thrown out in fits of rage and disappointment. That being said, if you’re like me and have area rugs scattered about your home, you’ll quickly be annoyed at having to find an alternate way to clean them as this fella just quits the second it touches anything soft. High pile, low pile, large, small, doesn’t matter. No way to adjust the suction for carpets (all three settings result in the “oh nooooo!” *dies dramatically* effect) Anyways. I’ll replace it with another model that is *actually* multi-surface. Hopefully. Who freakin’ knows. So tired of searching for a vacuum that just… works as advertised. *grumble*

    After a few months of use, the vacuum does not last even after a full charge and does not work at the highest speed setting no matter how much you let it charge. I wouldn’t recommend this vacuum.

    This product does not work on multiple surfaces as it claims. The second you try to run it on carpet or a rug the motor will jam and shut off. I thought for sure I was doing something wrong so I contacted their customer support. Here was their response. “Based on your description, this is most likely due to the fact that our vacuums are designed to be used primarily for hard floor cleaning and not for carpet use. Therefore, we do not recommend that you use this vacuum cleaner for carpet cleaning. To protect your carpets and vacuum cleaner and to ensure the best cleaning results, we recommend that you only use this vacuum cleaner on flat surfaces.”

    This works fine on hard floor, but gets stuck the moment it encounters carpet or rugs. I do not recommend this product for that reason.

    I have always used Dysons and bought this just to keep on my guest room upstairs. HORRIBLE! Sucks and not in a good way. I've only used twice and now it's past the return date by 3 days and I am stuck with it. Going to the trash.

    I absolutely love this product. No tangles yet and I have 3+ ft long hair and a dog. This is a game changer. Only things I would change is the quality of plastic the holder is and how many support holes/screws. I think it is a bit flimsy for how many items are on it. But otherwise I would recommend greatly!
