I bought this to increase my flexibility for Taekwondo. At over 40 years old I need the help to gain that extra inch or two. I was surprised to see just how many extra inches I have in me these days!! Using this stretch rope I have added not inches but nearly a foot in my stretching reaches in a short amount of time!

Great way to stretch solo!
I bought this for my boyfriend when he left on military orders and I would no longer be around to assist him with stretching. He absolutely love this tool! He can stretch whenever he wants without relying on anyone to be there to assist!

I USE THE SAME ROPE AT THE GYM SO I KNEW WHAT I WAS BUYING. - I use the same rope at the gym so I knew what I was buying. Very well made but you are spending good money for what is basically rope. The black section in the middle is more wear resistant than rope and it grips your shoe better than the rope. Overall I am happy with my purchase

I am currently suffering from a chronic back muscle pain issue and have been for 3 years. I frequently have back spasms that are extremely painful. Nice and sturdy rope, is great for enhanced stretching. I use this to complete a bretzel (look it up) stretch, pulling against the foot the comes close to your back. The black strap is good for pulling against feet, legs without digging into skin.
