These are really great for loosening tense shoulders, as well as stiff neck and back aches. I just tie a large knot in one end, throw it over the top of your door, shut the door and work out the pain. Just be careful and gentle and don't overdo your exercises. Also, before you begin, definitely consult with an exercise or physical therapist -- either online or in person.

I like these and use them regularly. Very happy with them for getting a good stretch and muscle workout. Recommend them.
