GoFit® Pro Foam Roller (24 In.) in Black

It's what you would expect in a product like this; firm (not squishy at all), seemingly well-made, simple. It meets expectations. I'd buy it again.

Good black foam roller. Inexpensive and in size I wanted. Had used blue roller for about a year before this and needed something firmer. This is not for someone who is new to foam rolling as it would be too firm for them.

This foam roll works great. Decided to get one after using one at the physical therapists. Decided to get the 24" wide one to insure that I wouldn't roll off of it. Works great - helps with those aching muscles. Recommended.

This GoFit foam roller is good and looks just like it does on the pictures. The advertised size is correct = 24 x 6 inches. Comes with a exercise booklet with good illustrations. The roller is quite firm though. For some it may be a plus, for others perhaps not. It's made out of a hard styrofoam which seems like it would hold up well and last. Other rollers on the market are made out of softer "pool noodle" like material and don't seem to keep their shape. If you want a light but hard quality roller, give this one a try.

It is a dense roller, just like the description says. My dad introduced me to these things after I complained of some back pain. Helps a lot, puts pressure right into those muscles and really any other muscle you can think of. I recommend this to all my friends.

I have recently gotten into foam rolling s I am getting back to running. I wanted a smaller foam roller that was easier to manage but still large enough that I can use both legs on at one time. This fit the bill perfectly. It is very well made and I will have it for years to come!

It is definitely a no pain no gain item that works well. This item is good for body builders and runners

I use this little piece of equipment every day and it has made a huge difference in my stiffness and soreness, I highly recommend it!!

On the advice of my chiropractor I bought this roller. It is the only roller I have owned or used, but people who have used both this one and others have said it's just about as firm as they come.I have used it about 4x per week for the last 10 months, averaging about 40 minutes per session. For all that use it shows no signs of wear or softening. Yes, the material is lightweight, but it's very durable and firm; its weight makes it easy to use and has no disadvantages I can think of. A big bonus with this roller is the instruction booklet that's included. It's printed on heavy card stock and is spiral bound, making it both durable and easy to use, since you can lay it flat on the floor for reference while you roll out. The booklet covers the basics; if you're serious about rolling, you'll probably go beyond that, but it was very helpful for this newbie.Before buying this roller I had monthly sessions with a massage therapist to alleviate pain & stiffness in my IT bands and hips. After I started using this roller I found no need to return to the therapist, so it has saved me money and allowed me to get massaged on my own schedule.A solid 5 stars for this product.
