A: Yes in the beginnin it makes you feel sorta way and then they make you tired and then nauseous/headache!! Sick! I do not recommend these whatsoever to whoever loves them more power to you but as for me I’ll pass ..

This supplement made my liver enzymes level high.. I was told to stop taking it or the consequence would be liver failure. So I stopped and got tested again and everything was back to normal.

Great for anxiety, sometimes bad for stomachs
I’ve been taking these as needed after stressful days, right before bed, and I can definitely say they help me sleep through the night. I’ve been waking up anxious, and they’ve been helping with that, too. However… if you have a sensitive stomach or tummy issues, I recommend taking just one instead of the two it tells you to. Every time I have taken 2, I’ve woken up with awful stomach pain that doesn’t go away for hours. I cut it down to just one as needed, and haven’t had the same kind of tummy problems, so just be aware of how your body processes stuff like this. The pain I got from this was no joke 😅

Decided to try this brand of ashwaganda because it’s all over my tiktok fyp. I’ve tried it for a week now. Has a lingering after taste. I don’t feel the way that I did when I tried the Himalayan capsule brand of ashwaganda. I feel some calmness but I’ve experienced nausea since starting. Will definitely switch back to my capsules.

Not for teens
If you’re a parent reading this because your teen wants these, do your research. These should not be taken with out consideration. My teen was two months in and had a stressful week and decided to take more than listed. Took 6 a day rather than 4. She started to be withdrawn and her anxiety worsened. This is not a supplement you can just stop rather. If you stop cold turkey you will have withdrawal. Don’t recommend for teens. It’s a TikTok trend.

made me irritable but helped me sleep
they tasted good but didn’t go anything good for me. they made me VERY IRRITABLE. super unfortunate because i took them due to tiktok saying they help with overreacting and getting hot headed in stressful situations.. that’s the opposite of what i got. i stopped taking and i honestly felt better. ended up trying them again a week later and i got way too irritated at stupid stuff 3 hrs later. so beware , IT REALLY IS DIFFERENT FOR EVERY PERSON!! they did help me sleep through the night so im planning on trying goli sleep gummies.
