I received it yesterday. So far I love it. I have used Folders regular roast because that is what I have and it is smooth and delicious. I recommend this product

Easy to use, makes great tasting espresso. Love that I don’t have to push a bunch of buttons to get what I want, and can make four shots at once. Powerful steamer. The only thing I would change is to make the turn dial a switch for even easier use.

Used machine sent to me. Carafe lid broken, filter retainer cup scratched, damaged, and obviously heavily used, steam doesn’t release properly.

I loved this item the second that I got it. It really hits the spot every time. With the right flavored coffee, it makes a rich tasting coffee just the way it should be. Usually, I only make a shot or 2 but the 4-shot capacity has also come in use several times. It is not a large machine, and it really fits my dorm room well, right between the 2 closets. Its sleek design and colors (black and silver) fit into the room as well. The price is better than you can ask for. To be able to make a large latte for me and a few friends at once is very convenient. The frothing wand is easy to use and works well. It does the job right every time. The machine makes perfect tasting and smelling coffee and does it right. Overall, I have been more than satisfied with this machine and the price is really good for what you get. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants an upgrade.

Easy to use and worth the money. If recommend picking up some tools to pull good shots but it does the trick by itself. I don’t really like how difficult it is to get a proper clean on the steam wand, and I’ve noticed the machine can leak if you put too much water in it. Also you really should listen to the manual when it says to get the pressure out by unplugging the machine and put it on steam. I didn’t do that twice and made it kinda explode with espresso and the top part flew out. Still works and I think it’s worth it for the price.

Id like to rate this zero stars for false advertising, but unfortunately I cannot. This is not an espresso machine. This is an elaborate coffee maker being falsely advertised as one. It does not make an esspresso in any sense of the word, even with the help of a person who's been making them for years. It does not come with a tamper, but it's suggested to use "the back of the scoop" as the tamper, which does not function in the same way a tamper does, and in no way gives you the pressure needed to condense the grounds into a puck. Not only that, but when you order a tamper of 51mm, which is the filter cup size of this machine, it DOESNT FIT, because the filter cup is tapered off at the bottom! It gets thinner towards the bottom, so the taper does not fit past the opening! The frothing wand is a joke, the "pressure" that it brews with is pathetic, and I've spoken to many people who think it's utterly laughable that an "espresso machine" comes with a coffee pot. Again. This is not an espresso machine. It was not designed as one. It was designed with quantity over quality in mind, which leaves the majority of essential functions an espresso machine requires so lacking that it does not function the way an espresso machine should. Genuinely horrific product, the creators should be sued. I will be returning this product ASAP, and already have the mail in return process going.

This is the perfect counter item. Small, compact, and does what you need it to do. Makes a great cup and is easily adjustable in the settings to what I want. It's really helpful that it is quick as well, no real wait time like some other machines. It's become my daily staple

Bought this in January 2026. Perfect for someone who is just starting their espresso journey or likes simple coffees! The filter handle was broken but I was able to easily fix it. I've been using it almost daily since I bought it and haven't had any other issues.

the coffee , filter debice does not go 8n prooerly making it impossible to turn it to center.. had to return item
