Q: I have an air fryer (not this brand) that has the coating of the basket flaking off. Will this one do that?

A: Aerosol oils contribute to flaking. Do not use with air fryer.

submitted by2 - 4 months agoA: Yes - the basket flakes. I have never put food directly on any part of the air fryer, but rather use aluminum foil and I have never put it in the dishwasher. It is very dangerous and unhealthy!

A: I use liners in the basket that way your food doesn’t touch the basket and you don’t have to worry about flaking.
