Description
Safely ride rear-facing longer! The Graco Extend2Fit Convertible Car Seat grows with your child from rear-facing harness (4-50 lb) to forward-facing harness (26.5-65 lb). It features a 4-position extension panel that provides up to 5” of extra rear-facing legroom, allowing your child to safely ride rear-facing longer. Children are safer riding rear-facing and should ride rear-facing as long as possible, until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight rating for their car seat. With Extend2Fit, the adjustable extension panel and 50 lb rear-facing weight limit allow the seat to grow with your child in rear-facing mode, providing extended rear-facing use. The seat features the No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust Harness System, which allows you to adjust the height of the headrest and harness in one motion, and InRight LATCH for a one-second LATCH attachment. Harnessing is made easier with fuss-free harness storage pockets that conveniently hold the harness out of the way while you get baby in and out of the car seat. This car seat is Graco ProtectPlus Engineered to the newest testing standards for side and frontal impact, and beyond—because the safety of your child shouldn’t stop at the standard.

Great baby/toddler carseat

Best car seat on the market!
Obsessed with this car seat, we absolutely love that our 99th percentile toddler still fits rear facing and is so safe in this seat. The car seat itself is comfortable for him and the dual cupholders are great for holding his drink and snack cups. Couldn’t recommend a car seat more, it brings us such peace of mind that our child is always safe and comfortable.

Safe and won’t break the bank
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensively reviewing car seats, I decided to go with the Graco Extend2Fit. We valued rear facing weight limit over something meant to last “forever”. Easy install. My kiddo seems content in it. The only thing I don’t like is that the button to loosen the harness is buried inside the seat.. I’m not sure who doesn’t loosen and tighten the harness straps when buckling your child in..so this has been a slight inconvenience and annoying at times with a kicking toddler. Just wish it was more easily accessible.

WARNING: No replacement straps available
Baby threw up in the seat and the harness straps smell really bad even after following the cleaning instructions. Contacted Graco Customer Service as the user manual suggests for "heavily soiled" straps and they say there are no replacement straps available for this model car seat. Accidents happen, be warned that Graco will only offer a discount on purchasing a new car seat!

Thanks for you feedback! The strap are not replaceable. However, you can sit a small bowl of baking soda in seat and cover with a plastic bag, or sheet for at least 8 hours to absorb the smell. -Graco Team

Perfect for Long Rides & Growing Babies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using the Graco Extend2Fit for our 10-month-old (21 lbs, 29”) for the past two months, and it’s already a game-changer. Installation: Super easy with the InRight LATCH system—took me less than 5 minutes to get a tight, wobble-free fit in our Ford Expedition. The level indicator is clear and reassuring. Comfort: This seat is so soft. The plush padding and infant insert cradle our baby perfectly, and he falls asleep within minutes on every car ride (even short trips!). Our baby is happy, we’re stress-free, and we won’t need another seat until he’s in a booster. Highly recommend!
