False info in description
They give false information. Description is falsesays no artificial dyes. Halls uses synthetic dyes (colors) i.e. fd&c red 40 in cherry flavor and on some packages it says colors, like lemon & honey which includes is artificial dyes.

Was too strong for my throat. First time trying them, it made my already sore throat burn and sting. Hours later, I vomited and these came up. They didn't suppress my cough when I was taking them too. If you have a sensitive throat, I would not recommend. I didn't know my throat was sensitive until now, I guess.

Strong medicine cherry flavor and once it’s finished you’re coughing again. Does not have a strong lasting after effect. You will be eating these one after another to not cough. Less effective with sore throats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For as long as I can remember Halls has always been the first brand I think of when it comes to easing symptoms from a cold to seasonal allergies. When I was younger I used to get frequent sinus infections. And I can clearly recall memories of being home sick from school with a box of tissues and a bag of Halls Cherry Cough Drops at my bedside. I have always been able to count on Halls to relieve a sore or scratchy throat. So for those reasons I plan to continue to rely on & recommend this brand for the foreseeable future.

They instantly brought my dry throat relief and made it possible to get through my workday (I'm on the phone a lot so need to make sure I can speak without issue). They also taste great- another added bonus. I didn't need another one right after finishing as one seems to coat the throat well to provide for a substantial time of relief.

You hold it in your mouth and I’d say it lasts for a couple minutes, but it helps soothes the throat. Halls are a must have!
