I was so surprised with this coffee grinder. This works really well for my needs. I am totally impressed with the features especially the removable grinding bowl and the fact it didn’t cost an arm and leg.

Works well grinding but after one use I couldn’t align the lid to use it again. It took multiple tries before it was aligned. Thank goodness for the safety. It will not work until it’s locked. Getting it to secure was a challenge. Ground the coffee great when I could secure the lid.

The clear plastic dome and grinding mechanism can be removed and washed between jobs and the cord stores in the base. When it is time to set sourdough starter aside for a while, I add flour to the wet starter to absorb the moisture until I have a crumbly texture. I set that aside - either in my freezer OR in my dehydrator until it is COMPLETELY dry, then I grind the crumbles and store the powder in a tightly capped jar, there to sleep until it is time to awaken and bake.

I love my coffee and now being able to grind my own coffee beans I love coffee even more. You are able to get a better taste from grinding your own. This is very easy to use and clean.
