The front-facing window lets you easily see the coffee level in the 12 cup coffee reservoir. Programmable settings give you ultimate brewing control. The brew strength selector has 3 options: bold, regular and 1-4 cups for making small batches of coffee. The programmable clock is easy to use and can be set up to 24 hours in advance for wake-up ready coffee. The "Time Since Brew" freshness indicator tells you the time since coffee brewed, and programmable auto shutoff turns the coffee maker off in case you forget. Automatic reminders alert you when it's time to clean the coffee maker and replace the water filter. The clear, removable water reservoir is easily accessible. Just remove and fill at the sink. The older model had a plastic reservoir which worked ok but I thought it affected the taste of the coffee. This newer model stores the coffee in a glass reservoir inside. The coffee tastes great and the coffee maker is easy to clean. I definitely recommend buying it!

Super aesthetic design & it looks very stylish on the counter top . It is very easy to program and change settings with clear indicators on what you have selected .There is also a see through area on the side where you can see how much coffee is left. The machine gets apart with great ease making the parts super easy to clean . I love the easy to fill & clean 12 cup reservoir with no breakable carafe. The filter tray has many holes to aid in better flavor coffee .This Machine is definitely the next awesome thing you can buy for yourself- Just push a button with your coffee cup & it fills up your one cup. Everything about this coffee maker is just perfect ,It does its job perfectly. Easy to Set - Cleaning and Filling your coffee. There is no Pot to deal with. Overall its the best machine i Have ever owned & I Highly recommend it.

Many years ago we purchased the first generation of HBs one-press-style coffee maker. Loved it then. And we love this newest generation now. It’s easy to program and use. The unit is weighted so it feels high end and looks equally as classy.

I really like that I can set up an alarm and the coffee is ready when I get ip in the morning. I find that pushing my cup into a lever for my coffee is nice. Its so easy to fill my cup. I don’t like pouring because it spills. I wish this coffee pot came with a reusable filter for my grounds. No problem though. I had one from the previous one and it fit perfectly.

I particularly like that it has a count down display so I know how fresh the coffee is when I choose to hit the snooze button a few times in the morning! The warmer keeps the coffee nice and hot which I appreciate. The only cons I see is the actual carafe is so unique that it cannot be replaced by a traditional coffee maker carafe. Also, at times, the display icons do not display consistently, but that's not really a big deal.

I like a couple different things about it. The ability to set the time on it is a plus. I like that I can set it to keep warm for up to four hours. I also like that it holds a large amount of coffee since I’m a heavy coffee drinker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this coffee maker for about 3 weeks now and can honestly say I am in love with it. Setup is quite simple. Cleaning is also very simple. The control buttons are likewise simple to use and understand their function. The buttons are very sensitive to touch much like a smartphone, touch screen, etc. No pressing at all. Whether you want one cup or want to fill your travel mug this will suit your needs. I tried all controls without encountering a problem. You can choose how many hours you want to keep the coffee warm and is still fresh and hot even at a 4 hr. setting. My favorite...NO CARAFE! Have you ever forgotten to put a carafe back in the coffee maker, punch the brew button and happily walk off only to return to a colossal mess? Well, I have. With this coffee maker that is no longer an issue for me. There is a very sturdy glass reservoir at the rear to pour water into and has very clear indicators for cup measurement. I brew 8 cups and that is ready in about 8 minutes. This is simply a very well-designed coffee maker. I highly recommend if you need a simple yet very functional coffee maker.

The best feature is the one press dispenser. Very easy to use and eliminates coffee spilling all over the counter. This also serves to keep the coffee fresh and hot for hours. Another great feature is the option to brew now or later. Just set the clock and your coffee will be ready in the morning or brew when you are ready. It is very easy to set up and the assembly and disassembly are quick and easy. The display tells you whether coffee is brewing or done and if you need to put in more water in the water reservoir. If you have limited counterspace, the only downside is the size. Placement of the water reservoir makes the product rather large. But for a medium or large size kitchen or office, that wouldn’t be a problem.

I love the way it's all inside when you have it sitting and it keeps it warm instead of going in an hour later and drinking coffee that tastes like it was in a fire pit for a day. I go in 2 hours later and the coffee is still tasting great and it's still warm. Another great feature is that you can remove the fill container and fill it to the level you want from the tap instead of having to fill the coffee pot and then pouring it into the fill container. I also use the timer on a daily basis. It also counts time upward since you last made the pot of coffee. No more guessing on how long the coffee has been sitting in the pot. The filter basket is on the top which makes it easier to add the grains. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this dispensing coffee maker.

Extremely easy to clean. The design is sleek and compact, saving room on our counter tops. We used it for daily use and for thanksgiving guest. It uses all the water in the vessel, so you would have to measure the ratios of water to coffee just like any other coffee maker. It would be prefect for a break room in a work office , or a large family like ours. Keep the coffee hot during the set times and warm for a while after. If we could change or add one thing it would be to add a liquid line in the window that would allow you to see how much coffee is left in the craft. Over all I would recommend this product if you have a lot of people.

It keeps brewed coffee hot and fresh for 4+ hours. Some downsides are that it doesn't allow you to pour a cup while it is brewing, which is frustrating when you are rushing in the morning. It also doesn't brew very hot coffee, and takes a few minutes for the coffee to be hot. I found that annoying as well. Overall, I like this coffee maker, but wish I could pour a cup while the rest was brewing.

It fits handily on my counter and stays there discreetly among other frequently used equipment. There is no having to take out a carafe and pour from it. Among other things, that means no drips from those first-poured cups. The versatility is also a very nice feature. One can adjust the brew strength and it can easily be used for just a few cups, as well as for a full twelve cup amount. Coffee is always handy and never in the way.

The ability to keep your coffee warm the variations of Brew types and Simplicity of use the pour feature are all fantastic. Keeping the coffee warm for 1 to 4 hours and having a dispenser are jewels of this coffee maker. The removable reservoir is convenient, the coffee tastes great. It's not an overly complicated machine, very easy to program and change settings, with clear indicators on what you have selected. Overall, this is a great coffee maker. Probably the best I have ever owned.

I brewed a full pot of coffee and my first cup of coffee was just as hot and delicious as my last cup of coffee almost three hours later. No more microwaving lukewarm coffee. The only down side to this coffee maker is the inability to put the cup down while filling it.
