    Greasy forehead instead

    Instead of a greasy scalp, I now have a greasy forehead. At first I really liked this, but after a couple weeks I noticed my forehead was uncharacteristically greasy. My forehead was breaking out for the first time in my life at nearly 40. I stopped using this and it took about two weeks for my face to go back to normal.

    Horrible smell, still greasy

    The sulfur smell is horrible and intolerable. even worse, my hair still get greasy after a day. the oil control didn't work out for me at all.

    Smells like sulfphur , expensive , doesnt work

    I thought I was crazy smelling sulfur in the shower thinking I burnt my hair until I saw the same review about the smell. Sulphur smell every shower and I am not ok. It stinks and smell it every morning when I take a shower. The smell lingers on my scalp which I’ve recently discovered is the the shampoo. Ew. Gross.

    Lingering scent.

    Did not see any improvement in the oiliness of my scalp. Moreover, the scent of sulfur lingers afterwards despite rinsing and using a conditioner. My bath towels reek of sulfur! Will not purchase this product again. I’ll stick to the original head & shoulders line of shampoos.

    better price than most prescription dandruff sampoos

    Better price than most prescription dandruff sampoos. daughter has super thick hair and needs a fair amt of shampoo. The cost of other dandruff shampoos can get pricey and this seems to work well, leaving her hair clean without stripping all the oils.

    After-Wash Smell is Awful

    In the bottle, the smell is good! But after you wash your hair it leaves a sulfur smell, almost like I washed my hair with pennies. Giving it 3 stars because it does for work my scalp but the after-smell is unbearable.

    Love the new scent.

    H&S Clinical Strength has been my go to for years now as it's the only shampoo that helps both my dermatitis and scalp acne. I'd never tried this version of it before, but I'm really liking it so far, and am pleasantly surprised by the addition of the citrus scent. It isn't overpowering and oddly mixes well with the shampoo's regular smell. Will definitely buy again!
