Have used this for years and it continues to work the same even though the directions have changed. I take three or four each evening before bedtime. My hubby takes three with one Swiss Kriss every night. There is an excellent program where you use the different cleansers I believe. Read up on it. It's an excellent company you can trust! I used to have a Health Food Store before retiring and I wouldn't be without this on my shelves!

Have taken the Super Colon Cleanse capsules for DECADES and, (you'll smile at this!), it has never disappointed me. Colonoscopy results have always been good and I super appreciate being able to swallow a capsule rather than choke on the loose mixture. It is a reliable product for those who want to consumer more fiber. However, the price has really gone up from what it used to be.

U usually buy Colon Helper, they were out so I tried the Colon Cleanse. The result for me was the Colon Cleanse is not as effective. I definitely had to take the recommended serving of three a day . I was lucky if they worked two or three times a week. Every body is different. They might work great for someone else. I've used Colon Helper for 15 years, there's nothing out there that works for me like they do. I do recommend buying Swanson Products.

I thought I was ordering the regular Colon Cleanse but these are supposed to be even better - said you can take half the dose. I ended up taking twice the dose and they still did absolutely nothing. I bought 4 bottles and it was a total waste of money.
No powder, no mess sticking in your throat.

I have been using this product in capsule form for decades. It's never let me down and it's so much easier than most products out there. I always keep a good supply on hand, when we travel, etc. Swanson's carry it and at a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the powdered super colon cleanse and it worked really really good only had to take half a dose I bought the capsule Super Colon Cleanse took double dose didn't work tried it a few days at a time and then tried it again and still didn't work I tried to buy the powder but they didn't have it so I ordered the capsules wasted my money

I have purchased Super Colon Cleanse for many years. I haven't had to increase the dose. I take a slightly different dose than what is written on the bottle as I have taken it for YEARS and just continue to take it the way it was written back in the day. It is gentle on my tummy and intestinal tract. Very happy with this product. Luckily the ingredients haven't changed and the price, although it has gone up, hasn't gone WAY up. Still very affordable...especially from Swanson.

It has too much senna and buckthorn in it for me - I start to have cramps and the runs if I take the recommended dose. So now I only use 1-2 capsules per day when I feel the psyllium husk powder I generally use needs a little help.
