A little TMI, but I have a problem with my bladder and I feel like this has helped me tremendously. I use it when I get in the shower. I feel like it’s the best way to remember.

They were tough-until I found these cakes! Ok they work!! They don’t work-and holy moly-I didn’t know those muscles were so strong. Dang! They will last too-very well made. Nice size-and no one would ever know what they are!

The instructions explained very well and you get multiple weights that are interchangeable with two different silicone holder styles making a bunch of different options for use! It’s quite comfortable as well making it a plus for beginners. If you’re thinking about trying one definitely recommend this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a beginner to using kegal balls for pelvic floor exercises. While they may seem a little intimidating or awkward at first, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy these were to use. The kit comes with instructions for anyone that is unsure of how to use. A small amount of lubrication ensures easy and gentle Insertion with no discomfort. I find laying down and getting into a relaxed position makes it more comfortable. It’s as simple as inserting a tampon. Once properly inside, there is no discomfort whatsoever. I am starting with the easiest one and working my way up, much like I would do when weight training a muscle to allow my body to adjust. I find putting on relaxing music and just concentrating with no distractions is an easy way to devote 10 min a day to getting started and doing it the right way. I am very excited to see my results in a few weeks as I find that my bladder can’t hold as strong as I would like. I know that this is a safe and effective way to yield results. I had no discomfort when removing this, it was no different than removing a tampon. This is a very beneficial tool to have on hand as a woman as our pelvic health is extremely important to prevent issues as we age.

This is giving me the motivation to finally strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. I love the different size weights. It will probably take me a couple of weeks to move up to the next weight. But, it was a workout! This is going to be great and I cannot wait to feel the results
