Since younger skin is usually more sensitive, we recommend to try leaving the patch on the pimple for only 4-6 hours at first, for children younger than 18 as a patch test. And to not use more than once or twice in the same area. If they have any sensitivity, then they should stop use and consult their doctor.

    I LOVE THESE PATCHES

    These patches work amazing! I put them on and go to sleep and the next morning I can see visible reduction in my pimples. I move around a lot in my sleep and haven't had trouble with the patches falling off.

    Circle mark that wont go away

    Every time I use this product it leaves my skin with a red circle around the pimple area that my makeup for some reason just doesn’t cover. The circle mark stays on my face for days, worst part is I still find that my pimples don’t go away after constant use. There’s other pimple patch brands that are cheaper and actually work.

    Absolutely great product starts working as soon as you put it on. And the stuff it pulls out of your pimples will shock you. I highly recommend this product because it works i did not experience any irritation to my skin. Did not take but overnight to clear up pimples. A noticeable difference when I woke up the next day.

    These pimple patches are remarkable. When I used it I couldn't believe how the patch just sucked out my pimple. These are the best I've ever tried. I love the bigger ones too so the patch covers more of the area.

    Mighty Patch is Always My Go To

    The Mighty Patch is my go to for my pimples! After applying the patch at first sign of pimple I leave it on overnight and next day the pimple is gone or nearly gone. Alleviates redness and puffiness too!
