A: Hello and thank you for your question. We would advise that you follow the cleaning instructions found in the Information Manual. FAN CLEANING: (1) Always unplug the fan before cleaning. (2) Do not allow water to drop on or into fan housing. Use only a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution. (3) Do not use harsh chemicals such as gasoline, thinner, or benzene as a cleaner. FAN BLADE CLEANING: (1) Always unplug the fan before cleaning. (2) Remove the front grill by opening the clips located around the perimeter. (3) Clean the fan blade, front and rear grills with a soft clot moistened with a mild soap solution. (4) Securely fasten the front grill to the rear grill by closing the clips over ther perimeter. FAN HEAD, BASE, AND POLE CLEANING: (1) Unplug the fan. (2) Using a soft, moist cloth (with or without a mild soap solution), carefully clean the fan based, pole and head. (3) Use CAUTION around the housing area. Do not allow the motor or other electrical components to be exposed to water. I suppose you get what you pay for. It's a decent fan for the price. But I walked out in the dark and stepped on one of the feet and it smashed flat! I'd expect the base to be sturdier than that.

My fan is currently on number 3, high speed setting. the blades are so thin they do not constantly send air through the fan like any other fan would. The blade material is way to thin it's a horrible design. I'm staring at my fan wanting air but it cant send it to me, absolute aggravation.

I never write reviews good or bad for products so that let's you know how much I HATED this fan! It was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! Terrible would be a understatement. The fan itself can't even remain stable as the base of the fan is non existent. It falls over all the time. It hardly blows out air, even on the highest power. My GREATEST REGRET was buying it. I told myself to just pay a bit more money but of course per usual "saving" money has cost me more in the long run not to mention the time I need to use to go buy another fan now. Anytime I see this company in stores I will steer clear! I advise anyone reading this to do the same. Its one thing to create the product but another to put it in stores knowing how terrible it is. Shame on you!
