Q: how to i mute my fan without there being a mute button ?
A: I just love how the brand “expert” doesn’t know their product correctly. The remote does not have a mute button despite their claim. Yet instructions points out a mute LED indicator on the product. I for one wish that a mute was possible, as the beep is overly annoying.
submitted byHyperActive78 - 1 month agoA: Mute Function: To mute the fan sounds, press and hold the Mode button on the tower fan for 3 seconds. This should disable the beeping sounds when adjusting settings.

submitted bykrystal - 7 days agoA: I don't think this model has one. I haven't been able to find it on the fan itself, and it's not listed in the user's manual. It's either not an option, or they gave me the wrong remote.

Q: I set my fan to be on the highest blowing speed and also power breeze mode and want it to be on 60 degrees so I can have it coolest and most powerful. As soon as I set it at 60 it lights up 69 degrees. Why is it changing from 60-69?

Q: Why isn’t my fan spinning?
A: Because it's garbage. Mine stop spinning after 4 days. It oscillated but it stop blowing air. Buyers beware. Returned it and bought a Dreo. Much nicer, quieter, more airflow

Q: How does the thermostat feature work? Does the fan turn on once the temp. in the room is reached? Or..?
