Would def buy this again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Hormel Dill Pickle Pepperoni as part of a promotion, and I honestly had no idea dill pickle pepperoni was even a thing until this showed up. Oh my, it's kind of crazy in the best way. When you first bite into it, it tastes just like classic pepperoni, but toward the end you get this really nice hint of pickle flavor. It's not overly pickle-forward like some other brands can be, this one felt really balanced and just right. Out of curiosity, I actually stacked a few slices on top of a pizza we ordered last night, and it was so good. It added a fun twist without overpowering the pizza. Definitely a surprisingly delicious flavor that I would actually buy again.

Y'all this one is for the cookouts!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Ohio and we are at our cookout season, if you are responsible for the pasta salad, this is it. The pickle flavor in ranch and Italian and were AMAZING! The dill was subtle and perfect!!!

Surprisingly Good with a Pickle Twist

Surprisingly yummy

It was OK
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I received this for free from Bzztagent in exchange for an honest review and this was not my favorite of the three. I loved the original. I adore the jalapeño that was so good . However, the pickle wasn't great. I think it's better on Pizza, I'm just not a fan of synthetic flavoring and this just wasn't for me. I love pickles and there are some things that I've tried other items that were pickled flavor that were good but it's like 50-50. And this one just wasn't my favorite. I'm sure that there's gonna be a ton of people out there that try it and they're gonna love it and think this is the best thing on earth. I just wasn't one of them. But if you like dill pickles, I highly recommend trying to check it out if you did want to get a little bit of a tang with your pepperoni. I like my pepperoni to be spicy. I love the jalapeño one.

Good dill flavor, better for snacking than pizza

The quality is consistent with Hormel, but I found it didn't translate as well on pizza—the flavor felt a bit out of place once cooked. It worked much better as a snack or appetizer on its own or with crackers. Not an everyday pepperoni for me, but still a solid option if you're looking for something different.

I would not recommend this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to try free from BzzAgent. I just tried eating them as a snack out of the package with my kids. My kids hated the pickle taste and I didnt like ti much either. I feel like it distracts too much from the taste of the pepperoni. If you really like pickles then I say give it a try, but I would not purchase it again myself.

It was alright

So I wasn't sure how these two things could possibly compliment each other. And they didn't. I couldn't really taste the pickle in it at all. I am a pickle lover so I was a tad disappointed.

I would definitely buy this again

You still get the classic salty, savory pepperoni taste, but there's a tangy dill pickle flavor layered in that adds a nice punch and keeps it from tasting too heavy. The pickle flavor is noticeable without being overwhelming. It's more of a zesty finish than biting into an actual pickle slice. On pizza, it adds a fun twist and pairs especially well with mozzarella or ranch-style dipping sauces. It would also be great on snack boards or in wraps. The downside is that it's definitely a niche flavor—not everyone will love pickle mixed with pepperoni, especially if you prefer traditional toppings. Overall: surprisingly tasty, bold, and worth trying if you're a pickle fan or like unique snack flavors. I'd buy it again just for something different.

Unique flavor!

My favorite of the bunch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like to eat Hormel pepperoni charcuterie style. When this box came in for the BzzAgent test I wasn't too sure about this one. A lot of pickle flavored foods end up just being salt and vinegar. I was pleasantly surprised that Hormel leaned more into the dill spice. This has been my favorite of the three.
