We bought this HP 7305 All in one printer because the previous printer was using too much ink which was very costly. This printer was a breeze to instal with no problems. Just follow the guide provided. Filling the huge ink tanks was easy & installing the print heads was a no brainer. this printer prints on both sides of the paper & the ink lasts for ever. we highly recommend this printer to anyone who wants no stress.

I bought this printer to replace my OJP 8720 the quality of the print is good, the fact it has ink tanks instead of cartridges is much better as this is what killed my 8720. But as an elderly non tech savy user I am going to find it confusing to do things like double sided printing and custom size printing, it was so easy on the old printer not having to go into apps and do all things like scanning, downloading to files, and finding it somewhere before I can print. I guess I can wait for my grandkids to come over but that's going to be very inconvenient.

I needed a new All-In-One printer and this seemed to fit the bill. The refillable tanks sound like they’ll be better than cartridges. I’m a bit disappointed that it doesn’t have a print from/scan to USB function like my old HP cartridge printer but I’ll have to work around that. It also doesn’t have a card reader like the old machine, so I’ll have to use a separate card reader. All-in-all though, it looks like it will do the job. My wife is happy that it is compact and the colour blends in with the filing cabinet it sits on.
HP Support on weekends is not good and instructions leave little to desire.

The printer is great IF you can get it working. The instructions are so poor I tried for 2 days to get it to connect to my WiFi and finally gave up and plugged it into my router. That worked great. Support is non existent on week-ends. I have perchased HP Printers for over 20 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had.

It now goes to sleep mode or off-line and I cannot get it to print this has happened several times and I follow every instruction to get it printing and can't get it to print. Then for unknown reasons it will start printing again. Yes, it has full bars on my t-mobile box and HP print sees it and says either off-line or asleep.

I purchased a 7305 approx. 2 years ago and the features are good however the unit developed feeding document issues for scanning and then completely failed. As I am not able to do without a scanner, I needed to purchase another unit.

Reasonable set up guide, not too hard to follow although it took about 20 minutes for the printer to link to my internet. I had almost given up waiting. Printing OK but scanning is very, very slow. Simply takes far too long compared to my well used, around 8 year old, HP 8620 that still took a while to scan Liked the ink bottles

This is the easiest and best set up guide I have ever used, straight forward and exactly as the guide. An easy printer to use, with every function and the ink tanks seem to be doing a lot of printing and not going down ! If you need easy set up and good running costs this printer delivers

After being a technology leader for 40 years this printer is the most unreliable I have purchased. Ok to install and on the odd occasion it works the printing is fast and of a fantastic quality. I had a relatively new inkjet (hP) but wanted the ink tank version simply for environmental and cost saving as I am retiring soon. The printer has print head errors every 2nd of third attempt to print. Currently i cant print nor scan.

I really like this printer. It has excellent color printing of my photos, even on plain paper. Sets up easily; however, opening the portals to put in the ink is not explained well in the Setup Guide. It is a good size for home use and connected easily to my network. I highly recommend it.

Very disappointed in the printer design, especially the function display, which uses obsolete graphics and is impossible to figure out. The print quality is good, but I can’t get my iMac to send color photos to the printer. This is my first HP printer; so perhaps that’s my problem. And the color print paper that was recommended made a mess of the photo. Anyone suggest a paper that works with the 7301?
