Q: Hello, I just started trying to set up my cameras (twin set) and one of them works perfect, but the other doesn't (green led is on). Pair button won't do anything. Hard reset didn't work either.

Q: Hello, can you use the parent device AND Hubble App to view at the same time? What can the app control? Your description is limited. For example, can app pan and zoom camera?

Q: Does this unit have VOX and/or movement alerts sent to the parent unit? Can the sensitivity of these alerts be adjusted from the parent unit?
A: Hello Fabian, We appreciate your interest in our product. Unfortunately, none of our products support the Vox feature. The monitor doesn't get activated by sound or motion. Q: What is the range distance for this monitor?
A: Hello Rebecca, The Nursery Pal Deluxe range is up to 1000ft when there is a clear line of sight between parent unit and baby units. Any obstruction between parent and baby units will reduce the range significantly. With parent and baby units indoors. Q: Are you able to use this monitor without WiFi? If you were just wanting to use the tablet to view as opposed to the app? I'm curious to know if it would work if WiFi wasn't working for some reason.

The camera is the unit that is WiFi-enabled and you can pair it with the HubbleClub app for remote live streaming and other features. The use with the app is optional though.
