I noticed a difference after my first serving! I had 2 slices of keto toast and drank this on my way to work. Definitely curbed my appetite with no negative side effects. Only ate half my lunch and a small dinner. These are significantly smaller portions than I usually eat. Didn't drink this on weekends (to save the servings for work week) and still feeling the benefits.

The only thing I don’t like is how clumpy it is and how hard it is to get the clumps out no matter if I shake or use my frother there’s still clumps. I don’t know why but it’s more hassle than it’s worth trying to make it. Unfortunately, for this reason, I won’t be re-ordering.
