Now I know why this was offered for free- as others have mentioned it does “clean” the oil off no burning or tightness but it also gave a all over breakout after using it two days. There is also alcohol in the ingredients list.

I am impressed with this product, I really enjoyed it because it is so lightweight and provides hydration without oil! A lot of toners can be drying, but It makes my skin feel refreshed and clean. I break out easily and this is very non-irritating. I use this after cleanser and apply moisturizer after. My skin feels clean and hydrated longer. The value is good for the price too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this up and up hydrating toner just to try. The liquid went on a cotton ball very well. It was very easy to apply to the face. I don't know if it was something in the ingredients but the very first time I used it my face the next day seemed to stay flushed. I did use it again but did not experience the flushed face. I noticed a big difference in my face after using. My face felt smooth and fresh. I noticed it felt moisturized. I plan to continue to use it. I received an incentive to write this review.

It works really good. I like how it makes my skin feel. Leaves it feeling clean, refreshing in a sense. Not too overwhelming. Not oily. And has a nice scent. And works great at taking off any makeup you have on. Takes off my mascara very easily.
