Very much disappointed bought in thanksgiving deal in November and it’s June now didn’t even used for a year ,it’s showing an error c6 not working anymore.didnt expect this from instapot at all

I had an Instant Pot before that lasted for years—it was great quality and never gave me any issues. That’s why I decided to buy another one in November last year. This one was labeled as a model specifically for Target, but unfortunately, it’s been a huge letdown. I’ve used it fewer than 6 times, and now the lid won’t close at all. It’s only been 6 months, and the pot is already unusable. This is not the quality I expect from Instant Pot. Something seems off with this Target-specific version—whether it's lower build quality or poor design, I’m not sure, but it’s definitely not up to the standard I’m used to. Very disappointed and won’t be buying it again.

Bought this from my daughter who has a very busy lifestyle so she could make homemade meals after work every evening for her family and she loved it.

I LOVE this pressure cooker. Don't know how I have NEVER had one in my 50+ years of living. Now I am ALWAYS looking for opportunities to use it!

If I could give this experience zero stars, I certainly would. I purchased this Instant Pot in November 2024. I literally just opened the box about an hour ago. It was clearly a customer return to the store—no packaging, and not 100% clean. Okay. I forgave that, and cleaned it really good. Tried using it, and you guessed it! Doesn’t work. Now I am out of the return window. Is there any recourse for this situation, or am I just stuck with this inoperable appliance?

I dislike that it died after four months!

In 3 months, the lid was started to broken. Now this instapot would be useless.

Does not have a delay start

It worked great but then stopped working after 5 months. The vent won't seal and customer support hasn't helped either. I had my last instantpot for years and it only got tossed out because it was broken by something that wasn't the companies fault. It seems the newer versions are dying quicker but are more expensive.

I love my new Instapot! And it looks so good on my kitchen counter. See detail photo of beautiful stainless steel finish.

Instantpot great and fast way of cooking

Error code after 8-10 uses. Took a month for InstantPot to answer my emails/contact form only to tell me I have no proof of warranty. Buy another brand.

I purchased an Instant Pot just two months ago from Target and have only used it twice since then. Unfortunately, I've already encountered a serious issue – the start button has stopped responding entirely. Despite following the proper usage instructions and taking great care of the appliance, it has become completely non-functional in such a short period of time. I am extremely disappointed, as I trusted the brand for its reputation of quality and durability. This defect not only interrupts my cooking plans but also raises concerns about the reliability of your products. I kindly request a resolution to this matter, whether it be a replacement, repair, or refund, as this experience has been far from satisfactory. I hope to see your customer service live up to the brand's promises.

The stainless steel pot is one of the worse I have ever used. It easily gets burned, food sticks to it while sauting, cleaning it is the hardest thing. I accidentally overcooked a meal which burnt a little, now the whole surface has gotten black, and it doesn’t clean anymore.

Purchased this for our grown son for Christmas as he wanted to meal prep. We love ours which is a bit bigger. The Instant Pot is a great kitchen electric. My son has already made several meals in it.

I love Instant Pots. I have had several. And each one worked perfectly. I bought this one for my son and grandson. They love it.

It stopped working the second time I used it. Which was after the return policy ran out.
