When in use the unit requires 5 inches of space on all sides to provide proper air circulation. We do not recommend that this be used in a partially enclosed space.

This air fryer has been great, until things start failing right after the warranty period is over. The door sensor has failed, not recognizing that it is open. Message boards online seem to indicate that this also happens in the opposite direction, making it think the door is open and rendering it useless. At least mine failed while the thing was still going, so I can still use it but it won't shut off when I open the door, and I have to unplug it to reset it every time now.

Worst investment I've ever made. The air fryer does not hear equally through out. It will burn the top row of food and the middle row will be raw half cooked or raw. It is not as expected. We got it so we could cook more at once but can still only cook one row at a time or try rotating them every couple of minutes so it cooks evenly. Ultimately not worth it and have to buy a new one.

It stopped working less than a year. When it was working, it did great cooking wings, salmon, bacon, and other small things but now it will not come on. Not sure if I have a warranty or not but I don’t recommend

The racks are pointless as the bottom does not cook at the same time top layer. Food cooking times and temperatures can vary and need checking frequently. The rotisserie basket destroyed tater tots in under 10 minutes. Plus, the basket was scorching hot making it alarmingly difficult to remove. As most reviews state the crumbs and grease pouring out of this makes it a nightmare to clean. If the food needs turned or just removed the crumbs and grease drip and fall all over the door and machine. After 6 months it’s been replaced for a Instant Slim basket!

We have had this air fryer for a couple of years, and all of a sudden it stopped working. I had used it to air fry potatoes, and went to air fry chicken nuggets after that and it wouldn't turn on. I checked the breakers and that wasn't the issue, checked the outlet and it was fine, it just simply died. I was very sad as we used this quite often. It does, however, get VERY dirty. The non stick trays do not stay clean very well, there are so many crevices where food/splatter gets stuck, and the door coming off is nice, but still difficult to get clean. This was great while it worked. But very sad for it's sudden departure.

We use this every day. We've had it for over a year. It's a fantastic cooker. About 6 months ago, the digital display started going haywire and it has slowly degraded into unreadable. This happended at about 1 year old. Do a search online for it, and every single unit has this problem and Instant refuses to help.

Worked great for a year, then the digital display began to fail. Couldn’t tell 3 from 6 from 8 from 9. I just kinda crossed my fingers and watched closely til I was able to replace it with something else.

It was SOOOO loud and I feel like it didn’t properly cook food correctly. Either undercooked or overcooked, always!!! The display started to malfunction after a year so it was a bit hard to read the numbers properly. Too bulky to be constantly storing away and bringing back out if you constantly use it everyday.

Does a decent job but there are much better air fryers out there. Plus the smell this unit puts out is awful, ended up only using it in the garage because we couldn't take the smell anymore.

This might be a great product, but if you have it shipped it will ship in its product packaging and arrive broken. I have tried to have this sent to my apartment twice because I thought this was a good brand to buy from but twice now this product arrived in several peices and not usable.

Doesn’t replace my toaster as desired. Toast takes 5-8 minutes. Need to flip to toast both sides. Dangerous burn hazard for non adult. Rotisserie unit jams easily during assembly.

It works great and I air fry and bake and reheat nearly everything in it. Its easy to clean and the plastic smell went away after a few uses. Ive never used the rotisserie function. The only complaints ive had is the trays are starting to rust from being washed a few times a year. Also the buttons can be hard to press. They arent easy to get to respond to pressure or touch.

Stopped working a bit after a year and some months. The display isn’t showing all numbers and. Retain lights don’t work. Also, the sound keeps getting quieter when the air fryer is on. I really loved it till it started acting up for no reason.
