They sound terrible. Like echo/radio sound. The bass tune sounds echo. They also easily fall out. The battery life is great about 8hrs together, but they sound terrible for $100.00

Hands down worst earbuds ive ever bought. Unless you plan on wrapping duct tape around your head to hold them in they fall out even if you're not doing anything. And yes I tried the different size tips.

I got these as a gift. Worst design ever. They don’t stay in the ear!! If I literally smile or talk they pop out. I tried different size fittings and they don’t work . Why would jbl make a product without trying it on? Who is stupid enough to make a weird shape like this?

Tried all sizes of earbuds every size they don’t help because you must need a ratchet strap to keep them in your head. The earbuds weight 3 pounds a peice and the only thing to hold them in is your ear canal. Every five seconds they fall.

I bought these exact pair last year when they were on sale and haven't used them since! They worked for a week and then the sound went all the way down and will not come back up. I cleaned it and everything. Nothing helped. You've been warned.

They look great and I haven’t had any connection issues. However, they refuse to stay in my ear. They come with 3 sizes of buds and all 3 fall out of my ear. 2/3 sizes fall out just with mere talking on extended calls. 1 size stays in my ear for calls but fall out during standard exercising.

For the price of these, they are the worst headphones you can buy on the market. They worked for a solid 3 weeks and then I started having a bunch of connectivity issues randomly. Online searching shows that I am not the only one that had these issues. I tried to do the warranty claim through JBL and the process is intentionally so clunky and they required so much information that I wasn't able to even do that. For same price you can buy a set of airpods and never deal with issues like this. And if you do, I guarantee you Apple's customer support is better than JBLs. DO NOT BUY.

Thanks for your feedback. To isolate the issue with your JBL Tune Buds, please check if there are other Bluetooth devices near you that may cause pairing corruption. Refresh the pairing between the source device and your unit. To do this, turn off your unit. Forget the product name from the device. Reboot your device. Turn the unit on and then pair it again with your device. We also recommend connecting it to a different device to check if the issue with the device. If you need more help, please contact us.
