Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune Buds comes with 3 sizes of eartips. We recommend trying other sizes to achieve the best seal and secure fit, and then, create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Do Not Buy
I bought 2 of these pieces of garbage in the last 3 months and in both situations one of the earbuds went into half volume and it’s so annoying. This is easily the worst earbuds I’ve ever purchased and I hate I made the same mistake twice

Wouldnt buy a 2nd time
They were amazing in the beginning but after a few months the noise canceling didn't work as well, one ear bud played quieter than the other and would make weird sounds. I could barely listen to music with all of the issues. The battery life is amazing though. As someone who listens to music everyday for hours I only charged them once every week pretty much. Still, I wouldn't buy again.

Thanks for your feedback. You can try to reset your JBL Tune Buds to help isolate the issue. First, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. Please know that a reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. If the issue remains, please contact us.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Buds. If your charging case is not charging, we recommend using another charging cable and power adapter to see if the unit will charge. While it’s extremely uncommon, try using a different wall outlet to ensure the issue isn’t with the outlet itself. Sand and dirt can accumulate in the product’s charging port. Clean it gently with compressed air. Additionally, the charger may not be powerful enough to power the unit and charge the battery simultaneously. Please check your adapter and ensure it has a rating of 2 amps or higher. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Forget it if you have more than two devices
It's a real pain to connect to more than one device. It has an option to connect to two. But I have 4 devices! With Apple and Beats it's super simple.

Survived a rain storm and still worked
I bought these a couple of years ago and I was using them open morning of deer season and they fell out of my pocket on the way back to the truck. Five days later I find them in the middle of the trail half buried in sand after a rain storm. I thought they would not work but it was still showing a charge so when I got home cleaned them up and work just like new. I highly recommend this product.

Look great
I wasn't intending on purchasing Bluetooth head phones but these are great. Practical if you want to lose the cable. Sometimes I would like the music louder though. Seems to be a limit on that.

Outstanding product great price excellent customer
JBL products are the best on the market. I own 3 Go-3, 2-Go 4 ,770NC, and tune buds zero noise.my grandsons have Go3's, 550nc . My 85 year old mamma is got her G-3 and she love it ! I would put JBL products against other products. I've had the other expensive products and I found your products above & beyond when I need and so happy that I spent money to have a great products. All you products deliver great sound .

These sound great, the only issue is that they tend to come out of my ear when running. My older JBL ear buds fit better.

Great earbuds
These are great earbuds without a doubt. Going from the JBL Tune 130NC TWS to the newer version, i did notice that the noise cancelling isn't quite as good on the tune buds. I also ordered a set of foam ear socks as the rubber ones aren't as good in my opinion. That should be an option. Sound quality is great and a little heavy on bass but can be managed a bit with the eq on the app. Comfort is great as expected. Overall no real complaints, just differences from my old set to the new ones.

Disappointed
Terrible lifespan. I have had to return them twice due to one of the buds becoming quiet (no, there’s no wax build up). After a few months my third pair is clipping and is quiet. Not getting these again.

So difficult to keep in and terrible battery life.
They fall out of your ear constantly and loose battery quickly and take a lifetime to charge. Any $20-$40 one’s I have bought from other brands have worked much better.
