A: Just got these and tested this out. When using my iPhone and putting the volume at 75% or higher, others around you can hear what you are listening to very clearly. If volume is around 30-50% you can hear it but not as clearly or as loud.

A: Hi Amk, great question, no these keep the audio directed straight into your ear canals, and there is next to no sound leakage when these are in your ears.

A: It's touch sensitive but not a real button that clicks. It's honestly a little bit finicky. You can change what the touch controls do in the mobile app.

A: The Flex Open have about 6hr of charge in then before you'd need to pop them back in the charger. If you use one while the other is charging, you'll always be covered.

A: Hi Carifarrell, great question! The flex have an IP rating of IPX4 which means they are sweat resistant and splash resistant. So they won't last if submerged under water, but can easily be sweat on during a workout!

A single tap on the left earbud lowers the volume, while a single tap on the right earbud raises volume, for example.
