Can’t use for phone calls
I was so excited to finally find an earbud that fit my small ears comfortably, didn't fall out, and didn't cause pain. However, I am very disappointed with the product. I needed these for making phone calls at work and I'm unable to use them because individuals on the receiving end report a constant echo. Very frustrating.

Not only if I've been a huge fan of JLab products for a long time, but these in particular are great sound qualities pretty good for the price but the big thing about it is I've always had a issue with especially wireless headphones because my ears are small and these fit really well
