The volume is extremely low

Like that they are tiny and can fit anywhere only bad thing about them is when i’m talking on the phone person can’t hear me which is a BIG bummer so i have to disconnect bluetooth

The case battery was always a little suspect. Would only be able to charge the buds a couple times before needing it's own charge up. After about 6 months the case no longer charges at all, rendering the buds useless. I've had buds half the price on Amazon last 4x as long.

Bought these for my daughter and they were awful. They would never pair with her mp3 player and when they did, it played the song super low.

Great if you want to listen to music but not making phone calls. Everyone said I sounded like I was in speaker phone talking from another room.

I decided to buy a cheap pair of earbuds because I lost my good ones, and I’m still hoping they’ll turn up. These just aren’t good. I couldn’t get a good fit in my ear. I would get them in, but they would come loose within minutes, ruining the sound quality. The left bud kept cutting out multiple times until I finally gave up and took them out of my ears. I will be returning these to the store and putting the refund towards a good pair.

So, I got a bunch of these minis for my family for Easter. I've gotten feedback from quite a few family members. Mostly, the reviews have been very positive. Here are our only negatives (and they're pretty minor, at that): 1. sometimes the buds don't seat in the case, so you think they are charging, but they aren't. Just reseat the bud, and it starts charging again. 2. Can't listen to two devices simultaneously. That kind of sucks as I'm often listening to a story on one device and/or game on the other. I've had to turn sound off my games in order to watch a YouTube or other similar video on the other device. Annoying, but workable. (The other time this is an issue is when I'm working on a video edit and trying to listen to music at the same time. It pauses one when the other makes ANY sound. Again, annoying, but workable.) Other than those two minor issues, all of my family members have been enjoying their minis. Awesome product!

I wanted to test them fully before giving a review. The volume is a little low compared to other earbuds I've used. But they et teh job done.

They’re fine if I’m sitting while I listen, but if I start walking with them in, they cut from left to right until I’m still again.

Bought these a few months back to use at work and while studying. Accidentally left one of them in a pocket and it ended up going through a wash and dry cycle. Expected it to be a goner but to my surprise it still works perfectly! And was still charged!

The buds will randomly stop having sound for a few seconds. Each bud was taking turns going in and out. This happened right after I got them so I will be returning. I ordered these because they had good reviews so maybe I just got a dud.

Worked very well for 2-3 months, now overall sound is quieter and right earbud barely makes any sound at all. The active noise control feature works very well, but I wish you could turn it off during calls. Also, I thought the volume control by tapping each earbud would be helpful, but it's inconsistent based on the device and is very annoying when I'm just trying to place them in or remove them from my ears. The tiny case is supoer convenient to throw in a bag or on a keychane. Would maybe buy again to have as a backup, but not for regular use.

Simply stated, these earbuds are the best bang for your buck. They are super small, stay in your ears no matter what. I use the memory foam tips from jlabs and they create a perfect seal, providing noise cancellation and amazing sound. The jlabs app is awesome,you can customize the touch controls how you see fit and nice EQ options.They are super punchy and loud without distortion. There is plenty of color options. I own 2 pairs of these earbuds and I will never spend another dollar on any other product. Super satisfied.

Perfect size! I use while walking and listening to audiobooks. Excellent sound! Also calls come through with great sound as well. Great price!

These are the best. Sound quality is great. Most importantly is they fit my tiny ears!!!

These were perfect for walking on the treadmill and working out

Exactly what I needed- earbuds that I can clip to my keys and have with me all the time. They connect to my phone pretty well with sometimes a bit of lag, but unusable with my laptop since it disconnects after a few seconds. Sound quality is better than airpods and worse than 1more comfobuds. They are small enough that I can also sleep in them when needed for white noise. Not perfectly comfortable for this use but about as comfortable as foam earplugs would be.

For some reason my left ear phone will sounds like lose signal and starts breaking up. Keep in mind my phone is on me so there is no reason for the head phone sounds like if I walk away from my far.
