Q: How well do they stay in your ears?
A: They fit really well

submitted byMusic luvr - 5 months agoA: They fit in my ears great and stay all day. There are 3 different size options so as long as you don’t typically have issues with that type of bud you should be good. I will say AirPods did not stay in my ears however these do.

Not every ear is the same size, so we make sure everyone has a earbud tip that fits! We know many customers that jog with the Pops in their ears, due to how light they are!

Q: only the left ear bud works. is there a way to fix without returning? less then 30 days old
A: You may need to sync them. Put them in the case, tap each earbud 7 times.

Q: Can you put these into a case for added protection? If so which is it more comparable to? Air pod pro?
A: Hi Rossa, great question! While we don't make cases for our earbuds, ourselves, if you have a case in mind, you absolutely can add one for protection! It would definitely be comparable in size to an air pod pro, but not the same dimensions exactly.

Q: I haven't been able to charge these unless I plug them into my computer using the usb c port. I tried using usb a but it's not compatible like it says online
