Right out of the box, one of the earbuds doesn't work. And it shows poor business practices that I now have to pay extra in order to re-order a pair that works, by filing a warranty claim.

They have amazing sound quality across multiple genres, and the equaliser is brilliant too. No more worries about losing them or them falling off during a hike, and no problems with them fitting into my ears - those kinds of buds gave me sore ears and never really fit well. Would absolutely recommend to others.

This aren't bad, if you want to hear active environments without obstruction to your ears. There is some compromise on volume, and bass, however. And that is due in part to the way that open air earbuds are designed. Still, impressive battery life and great for when you're at the gym, or on the trail.

I've never liked the feeling of having ear buds in. They hurt and just made me feel weird. I've tried other pairs of open eared buds and bone conducting, but nothing close to these. They're comfy, secure, and the sounds is great.
