My curly hair has been frizzy and a little dry this past summer so when I saw this new serum I thought why not give it a try. I cannot believe how good my hair looks. This product is amazing!! My curls are soft, shiny and the frizz free. I have tried so many products in the past and none can compare to the way this serum changed the look of my hair! I am VERY pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

I have used Frizz Ease serum since it was first released which must be over 30 years now. The new formula is absolutely useless. I imagine it is designed for people wit straight hair who use extreme heat . As a person with long frizzy, curly hair I am very disappointed indeed. Whoever is responsible for changing this product to suit a completely different customer should be sacked.

I tried this last month., It was terrible. It did nothing for my hair. The old formula was better. scammers are sell this new one using the old formula bottle online. You lost my business with this new product.

I used to love this product. It actually tamed frizz and gave shine without making hair oily. The new formula is so bad it's watery and doesn't do anything. Just bring the old formula pls

I wholeheartedly agree with all the reviews about the new formula - it’s terrible. Too thin and watery and doesn’t tame my frizz. I had been using the previous one for 25 years but I’m going to have to find something else. Please bring back the old formula!

Even hours after I have applied it, my hair is surprisingly manageable and frizz free. I normally don’t write reviews but I’m so disappointed that you guys changed the formula from the old version it was the only product that worked for my hair and controlled the frizz and prevented wind and humidity from messing up my hair. Who ever approved of the changes should be let go, yes the new version is that bad.

It has changed from old extra strength serum. It is watery, you have to use 4 times as much as you did with old product and your hair is left frizzy. Devastated as used old product for over 30 years. Get married in 3 months and my hair now looks awful

Am so disappointed with this product, I’ve been using frizz ease serum for years. This product is awful. Customer service did recommend and sent new products to try but they didn’t tMe the frizz and leave hair looking like it used to. Please bring back old product ingredients!

The formula was changed from bamboo extra to oils. These oils may provide some other benefits, but they do not control frizz.

Been using Frizz Ease since it was first introduced in 1990. The formula has been revised several times over the last year. The latest one is awful, runny like water and doesn’t do a thing for my hair! Please bring back the old formula.
