Q: I asked a few days ago and never got a response back every time I set the clock on this microwave it always goes back to military time I set it like the instructions tell me to do.

A: Thank you for your question. To switch between settings on the clock Press the Timer/Clock button and hold for 3 seconds to select the 12-hour clock option. Press again to select the 24-hour clock option. To change the time, press the number pad and enter the current clock time. For example, if the time is 8:30, press "8,3,0" in order. Press the Timer/Clock pad again to confirm.

Meh. It's small and great for a dorm, but is missing some key features. For example, there is no time cook feature… so you can only cook in 60-second increments. You can add 30 seconds to the cook time if you want, but there's no way to pick an exact amount of time to cook. It's so small that a full-size bag of microwave popcorn will not turn inside of it. Also, the extension cord is very short and annoyingly difficult to position in one's kitchen if there are a shortage of outlets. Finally, I've had it for about a week (having only used it a total of four times) and sometimes it makes a clicking sound. I don't know if it's the plate inside the microwave turning, or if it's the microwave itself. Not feeling super confident in this thing. In the end you get what you pay for. Sigh.

Out of the box unit did not work. It was making a loud noise. Microwave needs to be returned! Since this was a purchase for my college student I am very disappointed with the inconvenience of replacing it.

It's used. Not sure who's fault this is. Whether it was returned and Target. Didn't know box was all taped up and sealed like it came from the manufacturer that way but there's dried up food on the inside and it's greasy

For the price, I wasn’t expecting much. It actually really nice. I mean it’s small, but that’s what my better half needed. Actually has a rotating turntable. If you plan on cooking a turkey in it, then pass, but for nuking meals it’s perfect!
