A: Exterior (top, sides, door) might feel warm after extended use, especially if ventilation is limited, but they shouldn't get very hot. If they do, it could indicate poor ventilation or blocked vents or overuse or long cooking cycles. Please leave installation clearance of 3.0 inches on each side, back and 12 inches of clearance above the unit.

A: Microwave oven being warm and somewhat noisy during operation are normal. Mild warmth on the outer casing is normal, especially near the vents. Buzzing or humming are often from the magnetron (the part that generates microwaves) and the fan noise helps cool the internal components. Clicking or popping can come from the turntable motor or food splattering. Please contact Kenmore customer service at 1-855-854-2470 if the noise is unusually loud or the microwave isn’t heating properly.

I love this compact microwave. It fits perfectly into my space but packs a punch for heating, reheating, and overall food preparation. Another feature I love is the door lock when the cooking time is complete, or checking the food. You have to push the unlock button prior to checking- which is great if you have children or forget to protect your hands prior to handling hot surfaces. Definitely recommend this product- great value for the price point and very easy to use.

The item was defective I’m very disappointed as I was setting clock oven turned on and I could not stop it .Also it wasn’t assembled properly door is totally uneven and light comes out thru the side of the door,,in reality doesn’t deserve the ⭐️Kenmore was a name that could be trusted and feel confident about it but like everything else things have changed

This microwave fit my plans quite well. But after a few weeks of use, the little round track with the wheels started shifting all over the place which makes the turntable start wobbling. Not really sure how to stop it from doing it.

I was first very pleasantly surprised. The maintenance man in our building installed from the box for me and took away my old microwave oven. It was compact size and nice and shiny white and blazing looking. BUT it is too light and not fixed down to the counter. The whole thing moves when you open the door. Sometimes it does not work at all. The buttons do not always work. I would like to return it. Please give me a return receipt in my email so I can bring it in to the store.
