  • A: The "Universal My K-Cup" does indeed work with the K-Mini Go. Just remember to remove the gray 2.0 adapter on the My K-Cup first, and also the standard K-Cup pod receiver in the machine itself.

  • A: I think the purple reusable filters you mentioned are called "Perfect Pod". I use these myself, and where the bottom "pin" would normally have an open space for the pin to fit without damaging it, the entire bottom space is open, so no precise positioning required.

  • A: Thank you for your question! STEP 1: Prepare the Brewer. Pour the entire bottle of Keurig® Descale Solution into an empty water reservoir. Then, fill the empty bottle with water and pour into the water reservoir. Do not insert a K-Cup® pod. Place a large mug on the drip tray. STEP 2: Descale the Brewer. To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the ADD WATER light illuminates. STEP 3: Fresh Water Rinse. Empty the water reservoir and refill to the MAX fill line with fresh water. When flashing, press the brew button to start the rinsing process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the DESCALE notification turns off. The brewer has now exited Descale Mode and will be ready for use!   • A: Not a fix, just adding that mine never let me set the permanent strong brew mode either. I tried every combination of events, nothing would ever work. I don't think that feature actually exists :(

The K-Mini Go is available exclusively at Target and is offered in the colors Totally Gray, Now Navy, and Viva Violet. The K-Express coffee maker dimensions are 12.63" H x 4.56" W x 12.87" D, while the K-Mini Go coffee maker dimensions are 12.1" H x 4.5" W x 11.3” D. Both coffee makers offer the same travel mug clearance with the drip tray removed, however the travel mug clearance does vary slightly when the drip tray is in place. The travel mug clearance (with drip tray) is 6.5" with the K-Express coffee maker and 6.2" with the K-Mini Go coffee maker.

I can't believe this coffee maker gets any reviews about 1-star! I would do -0- stars if I could! I love my Keurig coffee makers. I bought this one as a back up since it's my favorite purple!! When my old full size (10 yr old) Keurig finally quit, I got this one out. The coffee is terrible!! Very disappointed and I can't return it because the time period has expired. I went to Target and got a $20 (5) cup drip coffee maker and it's great! Lesson learned on buying in advance!!

Descale not an option when pump shuts unit down!

Mixed on another purchase. Bought about a year ago. Not used frequently as i am only member of house that drinks coffee. Have cleaned accordingly with limited use. Abruptly the descale light came on. Have followed all instructions regarding cleaning and ensuring pin holes are clear. Pump kicks on and a few drops dribble out and then all the lights flash and shuts down. Doesn't feel like a cleaning issue. Seems more like bad pump or control board as sound is consistent with start up and abrupt shut down. Disappointed as i have heard so many good things in the past

Bought in early December for occasional use, after only 8 months it's stopped working properly. It says I've gone past the return window of 90 days, but I feel something like this should work longer than than 8 months. I won't be buying a Keurig again. It sometimes makes a partial cup and sometimes just spits while brewing. I've used the Keurig cleaning pods .

My Keurig lasted just under a year. It started burning making the coffee and the kitchen smell like burning plastic. It would also leave coffee grounds inside the area that holds the kcup. And splatter coffee around the area if I used a normal sized coffee mug.

This is my 3rd replacement and it still tastes like plastic/chemicals!!!! I HAVE CLEANED THIS COUNTLESS TIMES…. running vinegar through it along with soap and water and still no improvement!!! I had my first one for about 2 years and had NO issues before. I have spoken to customer service and although they have replaced it for equal value (bc I got it on sale) I am most likely going to have to replace this for a different brand…. So DISSAPOINTING.
